Esoteric radiance meditation
The next phase, the next great planetary work, is for groups to begin all around the planet who meditate for the world -- doing world service meditation. Those engaged in this intentional meditative work, as well as those engaged in outward world service, have been called Group World Servers, but the name is unimportant. It is the world service work that is important. The basic intention and focus for these new groups will be to make use of group energies, group consciousness, and group resonance to bring God's Will (or spiritual will) into the world -- that is, bring love and light and spiritual power into the world. We can understand this as contacting God's Will and bringing this into the world, or as coming in attunement with the highest spiritual qualities and bringing these into the world. This can also be understood as bringing spiritual energy and power into the world. So those engaged in this kind of meditative work are the esoteric World Servers. We call this esoteric because it involves an inner kind of work and application of spiritual energies, which will not be immediately seen outwardly. These groups should remain discreet and certainly not boastful, though they will need to make some kind of outreach in order to bring in more people for the work. We need to explain the work to people and try to gather spiritual people into these groups, but at the same time remain humble and non-commercial about it all.
The meditative service work is simple in essence, and it can be achieved in many possible ways, rather than confined to one exact formula. First the group comes into attunement with one another, though of course after each individual takes some time to relax and become conscious and harmoniously integrated in oneself. The group creates an attunement in heart, mind, and intention. This creates the potential for group synergy and a multiplying effect of the energies. The group becomes like a crystal bowl, which can create vibrational resonance throughout the world. The group heart and mind will then have a resonating effect upon the hearts and minds of all humanity. Next, after group attunement, the group intentionally and consciously enters into a heart-mind contact with the higher spiritual heart-mind. This could be understood as God, or as the Hierarchy of Masters, or simply as Spiritual Source. This could also be understood as an attunement with Universal Love-Wisdom-Power, with the intention to help bring this into the world.
The Hierarchy of Masters are those human souls who have consciously ascended into a higher level of existence, dedicated to serving the spiritual evolution of humanity and the planet. These are the most advanced souls of humanity, who do not necessarily require a physical body but sometimes reincarnate physically in order to better serve the world. Whether here physically or not, these higher souls, the Masters in Light, offer to us their Group assistance and guidance, as they are continuously in meditation and understand the Spiritual Purpose, or as we might say, the Will of God. The Masters serve the greater spiritual purpose of life, or what could be understood as the Will of God. The Will of God is not some kind of obscure religious thing; it simply means the Spiritual Love and Wisdom that is Intended to be manifested. This universe, and specifically this world we are on, is here for a greater Purpose. We are here for a greater Purpose. But most of the time, this never gets realized and never manifested. So the Will of God is always present, just as our Purpose is always present, but it seldom gets realized and manifested. The Masters are those, both male and female, who have ascended from the ordinary human realm into the next realm of possibility, which is centered in spiritual mind rather than physical body, and thus they have liberated themselves from physical existence, and yet they are dedicated to serve the physical world and everyone here, because of their love and also because they realize the importance of love, harmony and beauty in the Spiritual Purpose.
So next, after group attunement and after the group enters into contact and attunement with the Source of Love-Wisdom and Spiritual Power, the next stage is to become a Group representative for humanity and allow the Highest Spiritual Love-Wisdom-Power to 'descend', to enter into the hearts and minds of humanity. The intention here is to help bring love, wisdom, and spiritual will into humanity. Spiritual will is also related to being attuned with and devoted to Higher Divine Purposes. This is the meaning of 'my will is in attunement with Divine Purpose'.
This is also related to spiritual evolution. The spiritual evolution of humanity is all about a development of love, wisdom, and spiritual will. This happens naturally over time and over karma; but this can also be helped and accelerated by conscious intentional actions - which this kind of service meditation does. Yet in this case, we are helping bring spiritual energies and qualities into the realm of humanity, which is similar to how a spiritual healer helps bring divine healing to another person. The healer is acting as a helpful intermediator between the patient and the Healing Source. In essence, understand that this esoteric service meditation is very similar to spiritual healing. And realize that humanity in general is in need of healing. Otherwise, consider this work as helping in spiritual evolution.
The first stage has been called, 'lifting one's self towards the Highest Light'. The second stage has been called, 'bringing Light into the dark'. Though of course, the success of this will depend on the voluntary receptivity of such recipients, because people will have a 'freedom' to ignore or deny what is being given.
There are a number of ways to accomplish the second stage. One way uses the power of request. This is a kind of prayer. For example, one would ask God, the Divine Power of Love and Light, to enter into the world, to fill minds with Light and hearts with Love. We the service meditators are acting as representatives of humanity requesting Higher Light and Love, and we are intermediates and channels for this connection. The request helps to open a channel and catalyze the divine flow.
Another way uses intentional visualization. This is when we purposefully visualize Love and Light coming into the world. Actually, both visualization and feeling are useful means for transmitting and directing spiritual energies. We visualize Light descending into the minds of humanity for spiritual awakening, and we feel Love expanding into the hearts of humanity. Next, we open a channel for Spiritual Will to inspire the little wills of humanity.
Also, while intentionally meditating in this way, we also can reflect on how all of this relates to our own self. For as we visualize Divine Light spiritually awakening the minds of humanity, we can also realize Light awakening in us. And as we feel the Divine Love expanding in the hearts of humanity, we can also feel this Love expanding in our own heart. And as we open up a channel for Spiritual Will to inspire the little wills of humanity, we also open up our own will to the greater Spiritual Power, allowing our own self to be inspired by the Divine Will.
The third way uses will to direct the spiritual energies. This third way applies a combination of the other ways, request and visualization, yet adds in the power of our own will. The will directs energies, powers. Realize that our own little will has a portion of the greater Divine Will, with a portion of its efficacious qualities, and it is also potentially a representative of the Divine Will.
All of these ways can be applied together, as well as one by one.
Esoteric meditation
Let us review again the dual-work of esoteric meditation.
The keynotes of this are receptivity and radiance.
With receptivity, the meditator relaxes into a conscious receptive mode, in consciousness and in heart. This is relaxed with qualities of peace, surrender, and acceptance. The receptivity itself has two main modalities.
One is a subtle kind of listening and attunement to Higher, Divine Purpose. This life has a Greater Purpose, a Divine Purpose, which we wish to know and also to follow. We must listen receptively to know something of what this is. This could also be understood as receptivity to the Will of God, then also wanting to serve this or manifest this. We want attunement, then knowledge, and finally we want to manifest the Divine Will, or Divine Purpose.
The second modality is more simply a receiving of Higher, Divine Energy. It’s like an energy flow from the Cosmic Universe, or from the Greater Wholeness. One simply opens up and receives what is given. It’s a quality of Light. Or it might be experienced as the Divine Vibration, with which we come into attunement. There is little else to say about this very important subject, because it just has to be experienced to understand.
The other part of esoteric meditation is called radiance. We radiate the energies and knowingness received from the invocational part of meditation. The radiance of our attunement and knowingness of Divine Purpose is by mind, which is a telepathic sharing. We share what we know about Divine Purpose, God’s Will, or Truth, by a telepathic medium of mind, remembering that we are all involved in the same mind. We have individual minds, which means our unique limitations and patterns of thought. But we are all thinking in the same mind, our common mind, which all of humanity is in. So an aspect of this work of radiance is about sharing our knowingness, our understanding, of Divine Purpose, Will, or Truth.
We can also simply be a radiance of Light and Love, or a Higher Vibration of Heart/Consciousness. This is simple, yet profound. The radiance is from being. Give, radiate from pure being, clear mind and pure heart. Be so empty that the Greater Being-Energies channel through.

Esoteric service meditation
From our highest mental space and deepest heart space, realize the oneness with everyone, then simply share love. This shared radiance of love raises the vibrational level of humanity and brings about mental and emotional transformation in humanity.
Another aspect of this type of meditation is the shared radiance of light, which of course is consciousness. To share our highest level of consciousness helps to awaken humanity and raise the consciousness level of everyone.
A third aspect of this subtle service meditation is to share the mental and heart quality of service. This might also be our aspiration and intention to serve. So what are we serving? Firstly, we aspire to serve the Divine, or Divine Purpose, or we might aspire to serve God. There are many ways to understand this sense of service, and each has to find the language best suited. Secondly, we aspire to serve humanity and all of our living planet. This could be our main focus, and that would be great. We might understand, though, that service to the Divine is absolutely related to service to humanity and the whole planet. These cannot be separated. If we are not serving humanity and the planet, then we are not serving God or Divine Purpose. For in fact, the Divine Purpose is all about this whole world and everyone here. The Divine Purpose involves two main aspects, as discussed elsewhere. One aspect is the creative manifestation and expression of love, wisdom and beauty. The other aspect is our return to Universal Consciousness (God) through gradual levels of Self-realization (or God-realization).
So, the service itself is important, and in this type of meditation the service is the shared radiance of love and light. But the vibrational quality of one’s aspiration or intention to serve the Divine Purpose is also significant in itself. In other words, one is creating a vibrational radiance of the service intention. And this general intention might even be more important than what is particularly done. For imagine everyone having this intention to serve Divine Purpose, Divine Will, or humanity and the planet. This is, really, the vibrational sharing of spiritual will, and it is bringing the Divine Will into humanity and the planet. For the Divine Will essentially comes through our spiritual will. Or it might be understood that our spiritual will brings into creation the Divine Will. So our spiritual will to serve life helps to bring into creation the Divine Will and Power. Spiritual Power moves through our intention and vibration to serve and give to all of life.
-----
Esoterically, there really are only two kinds of spiritual practice, or two halves of the same.
The first half is being immersed in Light and Love. This begins as Light in the head and Love in the heart; but eventually these merge into one heart-mind experience of Love-Light, without any distinction. But begin somewhere, either in the Light or in the Love; then add in the other, until they combine into one experience.
Now, in order to become immersed in the Love-Light, one will need prerequisite practices, such as a clearing and surrendering of any ordinary thoughts or emotions. This is a letting go, which requires an active willingness, but at the same time it is a letting go of activity. Next, one needs to become receptive and open to the Love and Light. This may first require some faith, if one has yet any experience of this, a faith that at least this is possible. Know that the Divine Love and Light is already present as the very Ground or Essence of Life and who we are. It’s all here, subtly pervading existence, so we merely need to open to it, or awaken in it. Sometimes the Divine simply reveals Itself in meditation, once we are ready. But at other times we might have to open and surrender to the Unknown – which is like allowing oneself to die without really knowing yet what is on the other side. Ultimately remember that Love and Light are the natural Radiant Qualities of Divine Being, and Divine Being is the Root of our own individual being. We might think that we are merely a branch on the Great Tree, or maybe only a twig, but all branches and twigs nonetheless emerge from the One Root of Divine Being – which is experienced as Love and Light. So open up to the Root of your root, the Self of yourself.
Then, the second half of spiritual practice is Radiance. One is immersed in the Divine Radiance, so much that there is no more individual self, but just God, Light and Love. And so now, the activity is just Radiance. Most deeply, this is just Divine Radiance, which is nourishing the world with Light, Love, and Healing. Yet, at some point, we naturally come back to our individual sense of self, such that experience will often vacillate between individual radiance and Divine Radiance. And this is just fine. The deepest experience is when there is only Divine Radiance, without any self in it; but it is quite natural for selfness to eventually return in the experience, in which case there is a sense or feeling of the individual-self being the radiance, or self being radiant. This self might also be experienced as participating the Great Radiance, as a focalized magnifier or as a mediator of the Great Radiance for the world. We become like a bridge for the Great Love and Light to enter into the world, into the hearts and minds of those are ready in humanity. We become like servants of Light, emissaries of Love, and even facilitators of Divine Power. But always remember that there is only One Great Radiance, and we are only playing a part in this. We are the facilitators, the emissaries, the lighthouses and lightbeams of the One Great Radiance. This is a meaning of ‘be ye perfect as God in Heaven.’ For it is coming into perfected resonance with the Divine and serving the Divine Unfoldment.

Meditation Service
I pour forth Love upon all Humanity. This is the meditation of an esoteric disciple. An esoteric disciple is not a follower of any particular path, religion, or teacher, though one could be a follower or practitioner of any. The particular doesn’t matter. Rather, what is important is the inner heart connection with Divine Spirit, with God, with Essence, or with Love Itself. This is what makes an inner disciple, and it is esoteric because one’s innermost path and most profound spiritual practice is not outwardly visible. We work in the inner planes and in the realms of energies, and we are the secret catalysts for the spiritual evolution of Humanity.
I pour forth Love upon Humanity. One realizes that, in one sense, this Love is coming from myself, from this self, this heart. But in another sense, this Love is coming from the One Love, the One Being, God, Who is Love; for one now realizes there is no other source of Love than Love Itself. Love is the Cause and the effect. So, the esoteric disciple, the meditator, pulses between these two realizations – that this Love is coming from myself and that this Love is coming from God. Both are true, because one truth is inside of the other; just as a drop of ocean is inside the Ocean and a single beam of light is part of Universal Light. Thus, all real love, emerging from any one individual, is from the One Love and is the One Love in Radiance.
The same realizations pertain to Light as well. Light, or awakened consciousness, emerges from an individual spiritual disciple. It radiates intentionally and purposefully from the esoteric disciple. This is experienced as a sharing of one’s Light. And yet, this Light is none other than the One Light, the Universal Light; therefore, what is going out to Humanity from the beacon of this esoteric disciple is the One Universal Light. One is sharing the Light one has, as it were. But this is not like sharing or giving one’s own life vital energy, because nothing is lost when one shares Light or shares Love. Nothing is lost at all. Just as when one sings a song, one doesn’t lose any of the song. So we can share our Light, and we can also share our realizations and ideas. This all happens in the mental plane, and it is a part of the esoteric work. It is the secret non-profit work.
Thirdly, we can share our spiritual will. This is the will-to-good. It is distinctly an energy of will, yet also full of Light and Love. Those who have a strong spiritual will to create good and beauty and to bring truth in the world will know what this means. Its like sharing and radiating an intense inspiration or motivation – that is towards goodness, beauty, love, and truth in the world. Spiritual Will is, in essence very subtle, but it produces very profound results. We also can realize that we are part of a greater Purpose in Life, and spiritual will is serving this greater Purpose. The inner secret of this is to find one’s spiritual will, then act on it. Or find the greater Purpose of Life, then serve it, be it and do it.
--------------
Filled with Love Light,
immersed from head to toe,
this Love now flows everywhere,
and now I am Love Light Radiance.
Radiance is the true service.
(For service): I am the sun, the light, the love, the bliss, the life. I radiate these qualities and energies, with intention and will, with service, to all of humanity and Earth. An important point here is that a man/woman has potential to be a sun in itself, a radiance of healing for the rest of humanity. To some people this may seem arrogant, in that the I-self could have such a role. But the truth is that we each are meant to be suns of radiance to each other. This is the role of each spiritual soul; for each soul is a sun of he universe. And in the higher levels of healing service work, the practitioner/initiate becomes a conscious, intentional radiance of divine qualities and energies. I take on this responsibility, with intention and will, but also with humility (in relation to the Greater Divine Source). I do not merely think that God will do it, that God will save humanity. Rather, I know that I must take on this responsibility. This is the knowing of an initiate, a conscious servant of the divine. I must become a radiant sun of the Divine, consciously and with will. This is the meditation of service.
The very affirmation of ‘I am’, along with sincerity and intention of what is meant, becomes a powerful transforming energy in ourselves and also in the world. When one affirms ‘I am love, light, and spiritual will’, the self further transforms into a radiant spiritual sun and this brings more light and love into the world. The light and love comes through this Self-knowing self, this soul-conscious self, this self-in-service. The Self-knowing self has a will-to-serve and intentionally radiates light and love into the world. The intention is very important because this produces a special mode of self-being, whereby one becomes a spiritual will of radiant love and light, a radiant spiritual sun. This has to first begin at a deep inner contemplative mode of being, which is often a secret practice without others knowing it. Later, one becomes a recognized radiant sun in the world. Though all along this practice has a profound effect in the world. Intentional radiance for the initiate is as prayer is for the aspirant. This speaks to the power of intention, the will-to-serve, and the practice of being a radiant light of love into the world. The more we can maintain this on the inner level of being, the more it will benefit the outer level of the world. In addition, of course, we need to do some actual manifested work to improve the world and lives of others.
To complement this mode of radiant light, we also need to recognize the light and love of others. Otherwise, we will become trapped in an archetype of being a light-bearer or world-savior or world teacher. These archetypes are very good and recommended, but they need to be balanced by some important recognitions and balancing modes of being. For example, one may identify as being a teacher, as in ‘I am the teacher’; but one needs to balance this with a recognition that others are teachers as well, even those we are teaching. We need to recognize what they have to teach us. So we need to balance being a teacher with being a student, and allow the other to be in a teaching mode.
Likewise, there is a needed balance when being in the mode of radiant love. One who has become radiant love needs to avoid a subtle trap of continually thinking of oneself as the source of radiant love, while others remain as the recipients. In other words, there is a potential problem in becoming over-identified with ‘I am the radiant one’ or ‘I am the giver’ mode of being. It may be true that you are a radiant being and an unconditional giver; but please remember that the other folks also have something to radiate and give. So we need to always try to be aware of what others have to give, especially when we identify with being a giver ourselves. Now it may be true that some others around us are not giving or that that they are in need; but even here, we need to help bring out the giving quality, bring out the love or good in the other. This is part of the important work of the radiant lover or server; not just to be in the active mode, but also in the receptive mode. One important work, for example, is to help bring forth the true qualities of the other person’s soul, the love and good that is potentially present in them. Their inner love and goodness needs to be brought out, nurtured out, invited out. This is one of the important works of the spiritual lover, to first recognize and then to help bring forth the divine goodness in any human being. We know it is there. We just need to know how to bring it out, so that they can also recognize it and then enjoyably express it.
Added: The secret esoteric worker balances two orientations of love. One kind of orientation is love’s radiance, whereby one imagines or realizes oneself to be a radiant sun of love. The complementing orientation is love’s embrace, whereby one includes and embraces all living beings within one’s heart of love. The love embraces and contains all within it, like a big heart of inclusion. And this balances the sun radiating practice of love. One kind is giving and outward flowing. The other is receiving and embracing. Both are necessary, so both need equal practice.
Higher prayer becomes recognitions.

!! Increase the Light throughout humanity. (this Light from God or from our soul)
Increase the Light, increase the consciousness of humanity. Remember that Light equals consciousness. Increase consciousness to increase light, and increase light to increase consciousness. Just start somewhere. But this is what humanity needs, the power of spiritually waking up. We can help. We can increase the Light by increasing the light experience in ourselves, that is, increasing our spiritual consciousness, then sharing this out like radiant suns of light. Awakened sons and daughters of the Light, bring on the great change! Bring on the Power! Let it shine and transform the world! This is the time for radiance. This is the great esoteric work. It is esoteric because no one has to especially know you are doing it. It is the esoteric secret work of the initiates. No one has to know, You just do it whenever you can. Radiate the Light and help transform the world. Increase the Light of this world, by bringing light into this world. You do this through the mind and heart. Increase higher spiritual consciousness!
Increasing our consciousness expands our mind-knowing. Expanding our mind-knowing then expands our sense and understanding of ourselves to include more of everyone else. This is why an increase and expansion of consciousness results in a more inclusive understanding of self. Then, having a more inclusive self-understanding will result in more empathy and care about others. Therefore, if Light/consciousness is increased in humanity, then there will be greater empathy and understanding between all people. This all begins with greater Light. And from the Spiritual Plane, Light is gradually unfolding through the human mind. That is, the source of all Light is in a higher Plane or dimension, and it is gradually entering our world of manifestation. This is also known as a descent from the World of Being to the world of becoming. Initiates participate in this ‘work’ through an intentional service meditation of increasing the Light in humanity.

Increase Divine Power in the world.
This is a prayer. Divine Power is full with God, with Spiritual Will. But it is not fully active and expressive in our present world. Some teachings suggest that Divine Power is always at work perfectly in our world, and that everything which happens is a direct outcome of this Divine Power or Will. But this is not so. Our world is deficient in Divine Power. So there needs to be an increase in Divine Power, just as there needs to be an increase in Light-consciousness and an increase in Love. We wouldn’t say that Love is being fully expressed in our world, so neither is Divine Power (or Spiritual Will). As is with Spiritual Light, Divine Power emerges into our world from a higher Plane, and it is a Potential until it is realized and expressed in our world. Meditate on this. Now we also need to understand that Divine Power needs a medium in our world, in order to be manifest and expressive. Miracles from God do seem to happen occasionally, but we would be foolish to expect that the world will suddenly be saved by a Divine Power stepping into this world to make everything just right. No, Divine Power will have to emerge through us. It will have to move through living human beings. So imagine people with great Divine Power walking around this world: healing, educating, loving, leading, or creating beauty and harmony. This is Divine Power in expression. This is Divine Power in the world. So the prayer, or meditation, is visualizing Divine Power working through more people in our world. Visualize an increase in Divine Power working in this world, through people, through political leaders, through business leaders, through religious leaders, through teachers, through healers, through artists, etc. Visualize an actual increase in their Power to express and manifest and lead and help. Visualize an increase in their power of will, that is, in their Good-will.
Divine Power is the power-of-Good – and not all things are good, nor all powers good. So this power-of-Good needs to be increased in our world. Let us pray for this, let us visualize this, and let us give our emotional support to this. May the power-of-Good increase! May Divine Power increase in our world! May Good-will be increased!
Divine Power can be understood in two ways:
the power-of-Good and Good-will (or will-to-Good).
The power-of-Good is a transformational power and is the driving force of spiritual evolution. The power-of-Good needs to increase and transform the powers-of-bad, in order to further spiritual evolution and unfoldment.
The powers-of-bad are mostly powers of stupidity or immaturity, but also motivated by egocentric desires or parochial/group biases. The powers-of-bad are transient and unsustainable over the long-run, but nonetheless it is a force to be cautious about, because it has real effects in our world and is the cause of most troubles. Many people participating with powers-of-bad are unaware of being part of these, and many people have convenient rational justifications for their participation and decisions. Yet the powers-of-bad are real and have real effects. So only the power-of-Good can transform these forces. Thankfully, the powers-of-bad continue only as long as a darkness remains, or only as long as Light remains absent. For remember that bad is supported by darkness, and darkness is but an absence of Light. So darkness, a transient reality, disappears when Light shows up or when Light is allowed in. Light effectively destroys darkness, so as more Light spreads through the world, more of the darkness goes away, which is part of the spiritual evolution of humanity. Over time, Good eventually seals the door of bad.
Good-will needs to be increased as well. Good-will is a will to express good. Divine Power needs the human medium of Good-will to be expressive. Remember that Divine Will, Divine Power, comes through our human will; so when this happens we have Good-will. The human will (the will in people) can be a good-will, but not always. Good-will in people needs to be valued, encouraged and nurtured, and in this way it will increase in the world. May Good-will increase in ourselves and through others.
May Good-will increase. May more good-will … power to those of goodwill and may they overcome forces of bad.
Also important to ponder is that Good-will is God’s Will, and also that Good-will is a will motivated by Love and guided by Wisdom. So really, all three aspects of the Divine must come into play and into our world: Power, Love and Wisdom. May all of these be increased and expressed by more of humanity.
May those with Divine Power increase!
May those with Love and Wisdom increase!
May love and enlightened wisdom increase!
May Good-will increase!
May those with Good-will be helped and strengthened!
May the Power-of-Good increase in our world!
---
Now in our prayer for the increase of Divine Power in our world, we are recognizing that Divine Power is not fully functioning in our world at this time. This is because our world is in an evolutionary process, moving from darkness to greater Light, egocentricity to Love, and whereby the human being is gradually becoming a better medium for the working of Divine Power. Remember that Divine Power is not like a great invisible hand making good in the world; rather, the Divine Power (or Good) must work through natural, material, and human mediums. For our human part in this, we each have to take responsibility to be instruments for this Divine Power. It cannot fully work in this world without our participation.
However, Divine Power is also at work, to some extent, even in spite of human egotism and other spiritual deficiencies. If it wasn’t, then there wouldn’t be much hope for the human race and this planet. Divine Power (the power-of-Good) is working through us, to some extent, even when we are not consciously participating in it; but it is not working fully. Thus, there is always some spiritual force of influence finding its way into our lives and the world. The Divine seeps through, as it were, even in spite of our many oppositions and suppression of it.
Divine Power is always at work, to some extent, as a gradual force of influence. This is mostly a subtle influence, not a direct manipulation and not a micro-managing of things. Note astronomy has to posit a dark energy, which has a subtle effect, but is called dark because it is an unexplained and unobserved postulated energy.
This constant divine influence, the ever-flowing reservoir of love-power, gives unity to all of life. …… what follows goes with this….

Being meditation
Deeper meditation is beyond thought. It is being conscious in the very quality of being. So that meditation on love becomes a conscious beingness of love, which also includes a radiance of love. Meditation on light becomes a conscious beingness of light, including a radiance of light. Goodwill becomes a beingness and radiance of goodwill. One might begin with some thoughtful reflection on examples of love and light, and then reflect on the purpose of these as well. But eventually this reflective meditation can progress into being meditation, whereby mind is absorbed in a particular quality of being, with consciousness and radiance. Then from this deeper state of meditation, one will understand more about the quality, as this understanding will come from real and direct experience.
Also, when we reach this deeper place, we have reached our soul. The lower, thinking mind can reflect upon the meaning of soul, its qualities and purposes; but this will still be an understanding about the soul from the personality perspective. The soul will seem to be inside oneself, or some will think it is above the head or beyond in some mysterious dimension. Soul love or soul light or soul power will seem to be within. And this is true. Yet when consciousness deepens into the depth of being, the soul is actually experienced from its own centre, so that from the perspective of soul, “I am love, I am light, I am the spiritual will.” In other words, the qualities of true being are experienced directly and immediately, from the very centre of their nature, and not as though one were looking at them from a separate place. This is the goal -- to consciously be these qualities of being. This is also the goal of meditation.
Next, let us consider the esoteric task of helping to transform humanity and the world, via these deeper states of meditation. Whatever is in our mind and heart is radiated out into the world. This is a law of nature that we must first understand. Every thought and emotion, every state of mind and heart, is vibrated out into the whole world; thus affecting the whole world. Most of this happens unintentionally and without much consciousness. Therefore, it doesn't have much effect anyways. But overall, each moment has an accumulative effect for humanity. Stronger emotions and group emotions have a much greater effect in the overall emotional field of humanity. Same goes with strong thoughts. But also having a great effect are conscious and intentional radiances from individuals such as ourselves. These will have even stronger effect as we work together. Those who work together in this way, using the principles of shared mind and higher emotion, will make a greater transformative effect. Finally, understand that it all depends on the quality of our being and the degree of our consciousness in our meditation. And what distinguishes meditation from more ordinary activities is its concentrated and sustainable depth of mind and heart.
-------
Being a medium for the Divine to enter the world.
Being empty and transparent enough that the Divine Light comes through us, shines through, and is radiated into humanity. We are thus acting as a channel, a medium, or a focal lens for the Divine Light, the Great Light, to radiate into the world. Someone has to let it, and it has to be a conscious activity, or an activity through consciousness. So this is the power of intentional and conscious meditation -- to serve as a medium and lens of consciousness -- for more of the Divine to enter into our world. This is how it happens. Some people need to be the Way for the Divine to enter in, which must be done through mind and action. Jesus was a great example of this. Yet we can best begin with meditation. Become a channel, or a Way, for Light and Love to come into our world. Attune with Light. Then let this Light come through you and into the waiting world. Attune with Love. Then let this Love come through you and into the waiting world. Thirdly, if you are ready, attune with Spiritual Will. Then let this Will come through you and into the waiting world.

So the Divine, this Light-Love-Presence, is coming into our world, or at least it is trying to. It is trying to be realized and manifested. First it needs to be realized, or experienced. And here is where we can help, because as we each realize or experience the Light-Love, or Love-Light, the sphere of humanity is filled with more of it. For each moment of realization, hundreds of candles are lit throughout the world, and little by little other people begin to awaken. This is what the Light is. It is awakening, it is realization. And what awakens? It is love. So the Love/Light energy is an awakening of Love. It is God awakening in us. Each of us can be a vehicle-channel for the unfolding (or descending) realization of Divine-Being-Love-Presence in humanity, and each realization dissolves veils. Light-Realization dissolves veils of illusions, which is one of the great purposes of meditation practice.
------
The two modes of Light are inner and outer light
The two modes of Light are inner and outer light. The inner light is related to insight, and the outer light is related to radiance. Radiant light is mostly known by normal sight, as we sense external light and see things reflecting light. But radiant light can also come from people, known by our subtle senses. This radiant light affects others and the environment, and in its finest vibration it is healing. We are meant to be radiant lights. Jesus said, ‘Let your light shine,’ which was a major theme of his teaching. This is both the light of consciousness and the light of love. Our consciousness is meant to be radiant and so is our love. It moves from inner to outer. The inner light is meant to become external radiant light. So our practice can be as follows. First realize your inner light, then radiate this light outward. The power of this practice will first depend on the degree of one’s inner realization of light. It will second depend on the degree of one’s intention to radiate this light or share it with others. The light within will sometimes be like a joy, and thus will be radiant as joy. It will sometimes be like a knowing insight, and thus will be radiant as wisdom. It will sometimes be experienced as love, and thus it will be radiant as love. Whatever you really know inside must be because of the inner light. We cannot see anything in the outer world without some external light; and we cannot know anything inwardly without some inner light to reveal it. This inner light is also known as the light of inner consciousness or inner intelligence. Realize the light within, then let this light become radiant all around you.
--------
Also remember about invocation:
Light needs to be invoked in us; then evoked. (invocation also is about the need to tap into)
May Your Light be in me.
Increase my light.
-------
Be in the heart centre. We have seven major centres, so we can choose which one to be in consciously. Find the heart centre. This is freedom. It is also the centre from which self-transformation occurs. Also, when we are in the heart centre the world transforms. We become healers and emissaries of enlightened Love. The unique quality of the heart centre is love, inclusiveness, and compassion.
From within the heart, our sense of space and other people is different. For there is now a heartful inclusiveness of others. The space and others around us are no longer separate from us.
Make sure that it is known in this … that.. this is not just about one’s own heart centre. It is not about being just inward. We can go inward into our heart centre, and this is very good, but here we are speaking about a more expanded sense of the heart centre, called heart consciousness. It means consciously being in the heart, and then, outwardly coming from the heart. This is not just about myself or what is in my own heart. This heart is a shared heart. We are getting to the realization that there is really just One heart centre. So when I meet someone, from my heart centre, I am with their heart centre as well. We meet in a shared heart…
The ordinary ego perspective is that I am here and you all are over there. I am here in this little space and you folks are over there in that bit of space. So in this kind of experience there is an obvious separation between me and everyone else. And in this, there is often a struggle between myself and others, or at least there is a sense of being like balls bouncing off one another. We are living in a kind of Newtonian world where people, like particles, bounce into one another, sometimes in a nice way and sometimes not, or else the particles do not interact at all and thus seem completely irrelevant. Most people seem to live in this Newtonian kind of truth. All that mostly matters is what one immediately bumps into, or whatever oneself bumps into, and everything else seems irrelevant and insignificant in one’s life. This is also a kind of myopic, contracted consciousness. There is no bigger picture and no sensitivity to what is outside of one’s sphere of immediate influences.
Heart Consciousness is a different reality. First of all, there is a heart consciousness that is primarily inward, where the qualities of one’s soul are found. But what is meant here by heart consciousness is an openness of the heart that includes everyone as well as the inwardness of oneself.
Heart consciousness is inclusive, rather than separative. This means that others around us, in the space around us, are included in our heart consciousness. They are included in a very beingness. This then translates into empathy and compassion. Yet even deeper in the experience is the unity of Being, whereby all people and all life are experienced as having the same Being and in the same Heart. This is both my heart and God’s Heart.
The heart experience is a sharing, a shared experience of being. We are sharing the same beingness. So there is no separativeness between us. The whole space we are in is contiguous and in unity. There is no distance. There is no me sending you this, or you sending me that. Rather, there is an instantaneous SHARING of being and heart. We are with each other. I am with you, and you are with me. We are in the same heart space of beingness, where there is no separation or distance. We are sharing in the same heart and consciousness, simultaneously, at the same time.
At first, being in this heart consciousness requires a decision, perseverance, and practice; because one has to make a shift from the usual patterns of personality and ego. But once inside the heart consciousness, it seems like home. It seems like one’s natural place of being. In fact, this is the rightful place of consciousness for the human kingdom. Yet we are just getting here.
Humanity in general is still predominantly in animal consciousness, which corresponds to the third centre from the bottom, related to self-assertiveness and mastery in the local environment. The three lower centres are important, of course, but there are other steps. The real next evolutionary step for human beings is living in and from the heart centre. This is no small step. It is very profound step. Even for those embarked on a spiritual path, or for those in a religious path, few ever seem to arrive to live in the heart centre. Perhaps there are two reasons for this. One is that the ego tendency is so great, and is so supported by world culture, that it is too hard to find the real heart centre and maintain consciousness there. Two is that there is so many other “distractions” in most religions and spiritual teachings – so many ideas or so many rules – that the most important Idea gets lost, which is that the heart is home and the place to return. This is what Jesus was trying to tell us – simply that love is essential and home is in the heart. The whole world will be transformed when more and more people come to live in the heart centre and express themselves from the heart.
----
Love consciousness, the love realization, the love experience, all meaning the same, is a unity synthesis of loving and being loved. There are two aspects of love, two sides. One is loving others, or loving any part of life. It is the active feeling of loving. The other aspect is being loved. It is the receptive feeling of love. The balanced human being will feel both, will know both. So these are the two aspects of love. Yet there is a third, which is the synthesis. This can be called love consciousness, love realization, or love-being. It is the experience of love itself. It is the beingness of love.
Sometimes I give love; it goes out to someone or maybe to all the world. Sometimes I receive love, or I realize I am loved, maybe by someone, maybe by God. This is mostly how love is experienced. Yet there is a profound synthesis; however it is really the source or essence of all love. For where does love come from, in the first place? Love already exists, before the love-giving and before the love-receiving. This is the Being of Love, the Essence of Love. So come home into the Essence of Love, into just Being Love. Experience just love, the essence, the beingness of it. This is significant to being in heart.
---
Also.. this is non-judgmental consciousness. Judgment has its use (I could go on about that but I’m sure I have already done so quite enough)
.. this idea of… unconditional love, acceptance, inclusiveness.
Includes also a forgiveness (though no blame is ever incurred from the heart anyways)
.. includes also myself. Accepting and loving myself for how ever I am, including my faults and mistakes.
Also seeing a unique kind of beauty in things and in people. (rather than judging by a value-standard.
In a ironic way, heart-consciousness accepts all, but only creates good.
There is an understanding that all manifestations are either ‘part of a process’ or accidental. We can find fault with someone for their poor choices or for their self-centered actions, but all they can do is to make better next time – so might as well concentrate on giving them the ideas and encouragement to make better next time.
------
Appreciate the good, beauty of anyone
can we see the good in everyone and everything? This is not to mean that everyone and everything is all good, but since there is some good everywhere and in everyone it follows that we could see the good rather than the bad. There may be some negative stuff. There probably is. It’s easy to find faults. It’s also easy to find something to complain about. But maybe we decide to experience life in a different way. Go ahead and acknowledge the bad, the negative, the ugly, the faults. But let us move on very quickly from this fault-finding. A few seconds is enough. Wait a drag to dwell on this anymore. Instead, move on to the positive, to the good. Appreciate the good, the love, the subtle beauty of anyone or any place.
--------
(( we are entering a new era in spiritual discourse. Before this time, the language of religions have dominated, which speak of faith to God and rules for this or that. But now we are entering an era when mystical language will be more understood. ))
Just love
We can simply speak about love, for love is the greatest motivator, the greatest power. Find God in love. Find love and you have found God. It has always been this simple. Yet few have really entered upon this simple path of love. Just love. No dogma, no rules, no complex discourses. I give out the complex discourses because detail and elaboration is interesting. But more important than this is love, simply love. Right action, good deeds, dedicated service and spiritual creativity proceed naturally from just love. So the greatest key to spiritual life is to find love, that is, find the experience of love. Then proceed from there, express from there. This is the best advice one can give. Even in healing, there are all so many different techniques and systems, but healing is actually quite simple. Just help the person experience love. Anyone who can get in the energy of love is in the energy of healing. If we could do everything from love, then all would be well. This is of course true on the individual and humanitarian level.
-------
There is a Way of Illuminative Radiance, whereby the practitioner intentionally meditates as a resonating and radiating energy of light to the world in darkness. Much of the world and the people in it may not exactly be in utter darkness, but many are, so this illuminative work is important to the overall masses of humanity. Yet this spiritual work, or service, is accomplished incognito, without any acclaim or direct knowledge by its recipients. There is no receipt given to this service, as if it were a monetary tax deductible donation, and there is no commemorative plaque to put on one’s wall. Nobody gets any public credit for this work, and nobody even knows who the beneficiaries are. It is kind of like throwing out seeds into the wind, knowing that many of these will grow, but not knowing the details of where. This is the secret work of the light-bearers, and those receiving this light may experience it as spiritual insight, or as love, or as a spiritual will to make good and beauty and harmony in the world. Or it may be experienced as an awakening to higher purpose, or an awakening to one’s deeper sense of being. Each of us might realize that we are being helped by unknown sources of illuminating and radiating light. And a few may realize that they can be conscious and intentional sources of this light, for the benefit of others in humanity.
-----------
Divine Being is Radiance.
Essentially, Divine Being is Love-Light Radiance.
An enlightened being brings Love-Light Radiance to everyone, simply by just being radiant. Reside in this Radiance. Just be the Radiance.
------
Through meditation and surrender, the ego-self can become transparent, which allows the Light of Soul to shine through the mind/heart, and then into the world around us. Whenever this person enters a room or meets with others, love and healing go to whoever needs it.
------
** Also… see the hearts of mankind awaken in love; see the inner spiritual truth of each person flame into awareness, like fire emerging from within the seed.
Individually or in groups we can help illuminate humanity with the Light of Divine Consciousness and the Love of Divine Presence. First be conscious in This; then let it vibrate and radiate out through all space. Let this Light of Knowing and Love in Feeling pour forth upon the waiting world. Be like a vibrating Tibetan bowl sounding the OM of Peace everywhere. This kind of spiritual work really does make a difference.
The Divine Being comes through my will, heart and mind, when I am in alignment and in the Presence. In this way, my resonating intention, thought, and love IS the Divine acting in the world through me.

Service:
So how can we serve God? Inwardly we serve God by our love, devotion, and gratitude. And this can deepen more. Consider that we serve God in this way. Then, outwardly, we can serve God by serving others and the planet which serves us. These are the main principles of inward and outward service. Another important point about service is to serve those who serve.
Most important is the attitude in service. It has to be selfless and not merely for self gain. It’s not real spiritual service if the reason for doing it is to get something for oneself, like money, pleasure or praise. You might indeed get something out of it for yourself, but this should not be the motivation for the activity.
We can serve whoever and whatever we can, as long as we are serving for God’s good.
The attitude of service is what’s most important, but we also need to discern spiritual service from just any kind of service. There is good service and not so good service. For example, it isn’t God’s service to serve a dictator or to serve a business that harms the planet, or serve someone who is bad or just thinking of themselves. If one is serving just a materially wealthy elite, so that they can indulge in evermore selfish gains and pleasures, then this might not be God’s service. It might not be a spiritual service.
This is why Krishna says to serve God’s devotees. Krishna is the great personification of God as Love. Krishna says serve Me by serving my devotees. A devotee is one who knows how to serve and who is service. The true devotee is one who has become selfless devotion and service. His inner consciousness is completely in devotional service to God, Krishna, and his outward life is in service to other devotees of God. The devotee also serves others who might become devotees, and the devotee should also serve the planet which serves all life.
The true devotee of Krishna is inwardly and outwardly serving God, or Love. Partly this is by devotion itself and partly by serving God’s projects and other devotees. The Greater Devotee is a Guru, who serves God inwardly by complete selfless devotion, and who serves God outwardly by helping the lesser devotees develop their own devotion and service. Finally understand that the most concrete devotional service of any lesser or beginning devotee is to serve the Guru, the Teacher, who is their greatest known Devotee of God. The beginner does not yet know how to serve God in the best outward manner, so he or she does best by serving the Teacher and the Teaching. Unless one knows their best unique service in the world, it is best to serve known servants of God. The best outward service of a devotee is to serve a Greater Devotee of God. Inwardly, serve God by love, devotion, and gratitude. First this is to the Teacher, until one knows God within and can give to love, devotion, and gratitude to God directly.

World emotion connection but not identified with it
We are all in this together, all in the same world, all sharing the same basic energies. It is possible to feel anywhere in the world, because the energies are circulating all around, even in the air. When there are troubles in the world (and when is there not?), we all are affected in some way. Yet we do not have to be dragged down into negativity, emotional turmoil, excessive worry and stress. Just consider the emotional energies of our world at any one time. If we tuned in to all these energies, we might get dragged down into the lower levels of such energies; unless we stay above emotional identification. If we meet people who all feel depressed, do we help them by identifying with their depression, or becoming immersed in their emotions? Not at all. The best we can do is to rise above lower emotions, such as negativity, depression, despair, worries, hatred, etc. So, everyone is affected in some way by the world energies, world emotions, and world thoughts. This is why no one can sustain a perfect state of emotional peace at all times. Well, maybe if one tranquilizes oneself enough with insensitivity, they might be free of all this. But for those of us who wish to remain sensitive and emotionally alive, we have to deal with these negative and lower energies of the world. The way is to rise above them and not identify with them. You might still sense these energies, but do not identify with them or allow yourself to drown in them. Don’t get dragged down. Stay at the highest emotional and mental level as you can. Stay as close to God as you can; as close as you can to the source of love and the power of goodwill.
Now, when you can be sensitive and awake to the world, yet maintain dis-identification and a higher state; it is then possible to help bring compassion to the world. You remain at a higher state above the average emotional energy of the world, and from here you can actually help the world with compassion and higher energies of Light. You can send these energies directly from your own being, or you can channel them through yourself. But to do this, you cannot be identified or immersed in the lower energies. You have to be already free of this.
One way, you share the higher energies from your own being. To help the world, you become (or embody) the highest energies – the highest emotions and thoughts – and you share this with the world. It is like sharing your being with the world. This is the path of Initiates.
The other way, you mentally and emotionally channel the higher energies of love and light and spiritual will. This is channeled to the world as a whole. The energies come through the person, because they are allowed through, and one gives agreement to this. The one channeling will often visualize the energies, or feel the energies, move into the world from higher dimensions or from Source. One can also help this work with intention and focused meditation. There are two main parts to this kind of spiritual work, and these relate to the in and out breath.
The first part, or phase, is the invocation or prayer. This is the asking and receptivity. Hold out your hands open to the blessings from above. Compassionate One, Our Sustainer, give us the love we need and guide us to greater good. Ask, open, receive, allow. These are the four great cornerstones, the four great steps of invocation. Most religions and esoteric paths have some form of invocation or prayer, so one can use any of these or modify to better fit one’s own understanding and sincerity. Most people think of these prayers in terms of oneself, which is alright since we each need our own love and healing; but we can use such prayers for the whole world as well if there is an attitude of ‘we’ in this, rather than merely ‘I’ or ‘for me’.
There is also spiritual law involved with this, because there first has to be some form of asking and receptivity before there can be an active response and energy flow from God and higher spiritual levels. We should not be merely waiting for God to decide to finally help the world. This is not the right attitude. Neither need we plead to God as though pleading with a tyrant king for a little bit of mercy. Rather, be in a faith or attitude that God and the spiritual world is abundantly compassionate and generous with love, wisdom, guidance, and healing energies. The spiritual reservoir is full and waiting for us to open the channels and let in these spiritual energies to an awakening world. In this intentional work of spiritual channeling, one is like an engineer opening the gates and then facilitating the flow. You see, by the spiritual law, these energies have to flow through minds and hearts. It has to be invoked by conscious meditators, and then move through those soul bodies. The very final step is to let the higher energy flow, from Divine Source into the world.
So we have already touched upon the second phase of this work, which is evocation. The Divine energies have already now been invoked and there is now a flow from Divine Source (or from Spiritual Potential) into a receptive world. The work now is allowing and facilitating this. There isn’t much else to do now, except be aware of this energy flow and facilitate it by agreement and positive faith. This is the evocation phase. This phase can also be helped by breath, visualization, and sound. One can use positive visualizations to help this work, and one can use mantra or concentrated sounds, such as OM or HU, to facilitate the descent of spiritual energies and the transformation of world energies. On the out breath one can visualize a wonderful flow of love and awakening energy into the world, into the hearts and minds of all people.
Of course, any lasting positive changes in humanity will depend on individuals and groups having some degree of their own receptivity for the higher energies to move into their hearts and minds. This is according to the spiritual law of freedom; whereby we cannot actually force anyone to spiritually awaken or become loving people. What we can do, though, is facilitate the spiritual flow to be all around everyone, as divine breath and vibration. By analogy, we could make a place very beautiful and scented with rose, which would then assist people to have an experience of beauty and love. The conditions become more favorable. Imagine being in a stuffy room with smoky smelly air and little ventilation. This is of course an exaggerated condition, but in some respects it is analogous to the emotional condition of certain places, groups and people, or to their mental conditions. So if, somehow, the conditions of air and place are transformed by the invocation and descent of light and love, then there is much more opportunity for people to feel and experience spiritual presence. This is analogous to the evocationary work.
Another analogy is with music. If we could send out beautiful harmonious music to troubled places and people in the world, a more favorable condition for awakening hearts and minds will be set up. If we could change the music of the emotional realm of humanity, helping the emotional energies become more peaceful, loving and harmonious; then surely the conditions for spiritual awakening will improve. So part of this work is to help transform the vibrations of humanity’s emotional world into a finer, more positive, more loving music.

The one who gives birth to love…
We can change the world with love.
We can change people with love. We can change the world with love. That’s what is so amazing about love; the vibration of love brings all other vibrations gradually into harmony with it. So when someone brings real love into a space or a room, everyone there begins to move closer to that love vibration. And if sustained, everyone gradually enters into that love vibration. Its like hearing a song that you naturally enjoy and start to sing along with. This is the great power of love. Which makes real love different from inauthentic love; because real love actually has this power to transform people and spaces, whereas inauthentic love might impress people for the moment but doesn’t transform the recipients. The real lover, or the one who brings love to people or to a situation, is one who gives birth to love. Love gives birth to more love, and so it goes.
So again, love is a transforming vibration, transforming other vibrations into itself, bringing other vibrations into a harmony of love. Thus, love is a great influencing power; but notice that love is not a bullying kind of power. It is not a pushy or oppressing kind of power. Its not the kind of power that beats you over the head, or threatens you to make you follow along. It’s not dictatorial, nor manipulative, nor oppressive, nor bullying. Instead, it’s more like a magnetic power, which brings people into it by gentle caring and acceptance. And this is in line with God’s Power, which is the ultimate Love Power. Those who bring God’s Love into this world are the great saints or the servants of God. They are microcosmic centres of emanating sunlight, bringing the vibration and radiance of Love to others. They are like funnels or channels of God-Love. Of course other divine qualities can also be emanated, such as peace or happiness, but in this discussion we are focusing on the highest of all qualities, which is Love.
Now there is much that can be said about love and how to love. Some keys will be presented, whatever is said can only be but a portion of the great wisdom of Love. Let us consider how we come into a room or a space, or how we enter into an immediate encounter or relationship with others. Let us consider the attitude and intention we have as we enter into this space, or situation, or relationship. That is, what do we bring? Imagine coming into a new space with people that we do not know. Even better, imagine coming into a room with kids; remembering also that we are all kids in some respect, however old. So what might kids need? Maybe they need love. Maybe they are very hungry children, hungry for love. Any way, we come into this room knowing at least that there is a need here, and that we might be able to give something important and help fulfill this need. Or maybe we are simply entering into an interaction with someone or some people. The important question is what we are bringing to this situation.
Firstly, bring acceptance and receptivity to this person or this group. Accept them for who they are, even including their delusions or immature beliefs about who they are. One just starts with acceptance, and with an open heart, receiving who they are, receiving them into one’s open heart. An important key to open their door of the heart is to open your door of the heart. This is also a key to vibrational resonance. When we open our heart, accepting and receiving the heart of another, then the other’s door of the heart begins to open in resonance to our opening. We open to the love and goodness in that person, or in those people. Then this love and goodness begins to come out. It begins to come out of hiding. It begins to become unveiled.
But there is a necessary ingredient that has not yet been mentioned, which is faith -- faith in the inherent goodness of the human being. It is faith in the essential human goodness and love within each person. So even before we can truly open to the love and goodness of a person, we first need to have faith that this love and goodness is here in this person. The faith really has to come before the opening; because if we are skeptical or unsure about this inherent love in each human being, then we won’t fearlessly open to what is deeply seeking to come out. Know that love is always seeking to come out into the open, seeking to emerge from unconsciousness or from hiding, but it just needs some coaxing and gentle accepting receptivity from a consciously open being. In fact, when the love does come out to meet this acceptance and receptivity, there is an invisible embrace between the emerging love and the receiving heart, though nobody mostly ever notices this. This emergence of love is a birth of love. And the spiritually conscious lover, who accepts and receives love, in the attitude of faith, is the one who gives birth to love.
--------
another aspect of birth to love is:
serving love and expressing love.
----------
other qualities to radiate peace and light…
------
(find “we can realize unity” – put into Unity file )
Realize humanity as ONE Self – in diverse creative paths.
Visualize unity, interconnection, and cooperation among everyone and nature too.
The Key Idea now is One Humanity. Visualize and affirm this, and believe in this.
Also affirm the values of love, caring, cooperation, goodwill, and serving the Highest Purpose. Do not accept war, slavery, harm, injustice, etc.

NEW:
Instead of visualizing a flowing to humanity,
Try this:
May the love within Us (Humanity) blossom and be realized. (one visualizes all of Humanity as WE… in other words, I am invoking this, in being a representative of Humanity.
The aim of such esoteric service meditation is to bring forth Light, Love and Spiritual Will into humanity.
There is another way to understand and visualize the power of Love entering into the hearts of all humanity, by way of meditation. But first, let us review a few other ways to understand and visualize this.
The first suggested way is pray that love stream forth from the Divine into the hearts of all humanity. This itself is the meditation and visualization. Or visualize love pouring into the hearts of humanity from the Love of God, or from Divine Love. Meditate on this. One is visualizing love moving from the Divine Source into humanity, in order to help facilitate the flow and reception. It is already true that God loves, or that the Divine Source emanates love, but all people have not yet realized this. Neither have all people realized the love within themselves; in other words, love has not blossomed in the hearts of all humanity, as yet. Those who work with this esoteric meditation believe this mental work is significant in the bringing about of the aim. That is, it’s not merely up to God or the Stars to bring about a new awakening in humanity. It’s up to those who are already awakened. One is visualizing love streaming into the hearts of humanity from the Love of God. This is for everyone to realize they are really loved, and also for our love within to blossom.
The next possible way to meditate and visualize for this kind of service is to visualize and project one’s own deep love, from one’s heart centre, into the hearts of all humanity. One becomes like a beacon of love, or star of love, radiantly awakening the hearts of all people everywhere.
Another way… is to realize or feel that Divine Love (God’s Love) is blossoming inside, or that the heart is awakening. This itself is an essential practice for anyone on the spiritual path. But we take this a step further in service meditation; we realize and feel that WE All are blossoming, that OUR Love is awakening, OUR hearts are awakening. It’s all happening right now. WE All are, right now, awakening in love, and with love. And WE All realize and feel a true love, caring, and compassion for everyone. A key here in this meditation practice is to Include Everyone in this realization and feeling, in this awakening; in other words, it is all about US or WE, and WE are all here. The one who is making this a practice/meditation is being as a representative for all Humanity.
Vibration..
----------------------
We have a power that we don’t realize. Most people are asleep to this.
We have a power to affect people and the world. Yet most of the time we are passive in relation to the world. We think and act as though we can do nothing to help others or the world. But each moment offers an opportunity to channel Divine Love into our world, and this Love has a magical power. Here is what is possible. Consciously bring all of our attention and emotion into this present moment presence, with conscious breath. Be fully present and in full presence with all of one’s being, including one’s love. Then with complete being and consciousness, with the fullness of our being and presence, wish goodness upon whoever is present or upon the world. This is a spiritual giving from the conscious heart. It is a giving from love and from our wish (or our prayer). The ingredients are conscious being, love, wish, and faith. Faith is the final ingredient.

Being, core qualities, love, peace
Esoteric wisdom reveals that each person is, in essence and at core, a substance of Being, and there is just One Being. Or in other words, each person has a being-essence, the very essence of oneself, which can also be called the individual soul. So, an individual being is equal to an individual soul, while Being is equal to God – or might also say Universal Being or Absolute Being. Next, realize that being is like a stem or a seed from Being, or it is like a microcosm of the Macrocosmic Being; so that every individual being has the same Qualities as Being Itself, just as the DNA of a child carries the DNA of the parents. Therefore, if we can understand that universally in essence there is only One Being, One Pervading Spirit; then, whatever is in this universe or a part of it, has the same spiritual essences or qualities, as derived from Being. This is one of the fundamentals of esoteric spiritual wisdom. Its not to be simply believed as a dogma, or as coming from some mysterious authority; rather, it is knowable by each person’s direct intuition (or by what medieval teachers called Reason).
One of our being-qualities is love. This means that at the very core-essence of every being is love. But then, why are people so often lacking in love? It is because their essence-quality of love is either undeveloped, suppressed, or distorted. When it is said that we all have an essence-quality of love, or that love is at the core of our being, it means that we have this natural capacity or potential. It does not mean, necessarily, that we have successfully discovered it and have allowed it to flourish. The love is still there, in our potential, in our essence; but perhaps it is still undiscovered, or it has not yet matured, or perhaps it is being suppressed by the conditioned-ego, or maybe it gets distorted as it tries to naturally emerge. To discover a true essence-quality in ourselves we need to make an intentional inner meditation into our essence of being, and in order to do this we also need to break free from the outward fixations of our conditioned-ego and its distortions of self-knowing. For the conditioned-ego is not the same as our innermost natural essence. So if this ego, this false self, is dominating our experience of life, then our natural essence and the natural quality of love might not get discovered and be allowed to express in our life. There is a needed inner-work of true self-discovery and allowing our natural essence-qualities to emerge and express.
Now, besides love we have the essence-quality of peace. Peace is a primary quality of Absolute Being and of our own being as well. All that we just stated about love is also true of peace. That is, peace is a natural quality, capacity, potential, in us, yet not necessarily discovered and actualized. It could be undiscovered in us, or suppressed, or distorted. So we have to make some kind of inner meditation to discover this peace, and to do this we also need to break free from ego-habitual agitations and desire-obsessiveness.
Now let us briefly explain ego. We don’t want to simply understand the ego as some kind of evil demon. The ego is our self-consciousness that is habitually lost in outer world stuff, physical and social desires, reactions to not getting what one wants, and it uses a kind of reasoning to justify anything one does. In a nutshell, the ego is who you are. This is your situation. You are this ego. This is your normal reality. It is not your true self. It is not your true essence. Yet, most people know nothing more about themselves than this ego – which is largely conditioned by society, parents, and by accidental circumstances, and the contents of this ego may also be an accidental creative development. ( the ego-personality development is often created from the child’s creative imaginative response to stress or problems; which then becomes a personality pattern.)
Now let us return to the topic of self-peace. But realize that the diversion into the topic of ego was appropriate, since it is the agitated and desire-obsessed ego which deters the discovery of self-peace. Transforming or gradually eliminating the agitated ego is quite difficult and takes a long work. So we need to, at least, gain an ability to suspend our habituated ego, for as long as we can, in order to meditatively delve into the true essence of our natural being – to discover our true inner qualities of love and peace. Then, once we discover and come into our own essence of peace, the usual dominating ego seems to fade away. This is because our true essence qualities, such as love and peace, are far more powerful than the usual ego.
Love and peace have a higher vibration and a more pervading vibration, than separative ego thinking and self-agitation. Love and peace have a connecting, unifying, and synchronizing energy. Therefore, these quality-energies are more powerful and pervading – in contrast to emotions like selfishness and conflict, which are unconnective and disunifying and create dissonance. Love and peace are resonating, unifying vibrational energies. So when we are in this love or peace, we are immediately unified with the many others in the same beingness. And this unity with others creates a great resonating power, a synergetic power, which brings others into the same resonance. So these qualities of love and peace are far more powerful and efficacious than their opposites – because the opposites of love and peace are separative, agitated, and producing conflicting resonance. Therefore, get into the love and peace space, within oneself, so to resonate with many others who have discovered and affirm the same truth. We will transform this world.
Realize that peace creates harmony in oneself. Peace creates a harmonizing vibration. So if we can find peace in our self, the peace within, the peace already real in our deep being-essence; then this will create harmony in oneself. Find the inner peace first, then harmony in oneself will naturally follow, because peace is a harmonizing quality, a harmonizing energy vibration, which gradually brings all other energies around it into harmonious resonance. This is the power of inner peace, which is also the power of God within us. God comes into the dimensions of our mind, emotions and body, and works into these dimensions, from within, from inner beingness into our manifest lives. So within us the great power of God, the divine power, which emerges from our deep being-essence, and peace is one of the powerful qualities of God-Being. So is love. Peace is very intimate with love.
--
We all want these feelings of peace and love. It is natural to enjoy such feelings. In fact, our well-being needs these feelings. We need to be in the experience of peace and love. And when we are not, we naturally feel that something is not quite right, or that we are missing out in what is naturally possible for us. If people are truly honest to oneself, they will feel a kind of lack or even a kind of sadness, if they are not experiencing love and peace. It is, like, everyone knows intuitively that love and peace ought to be present in oneself, so when it is not here one naturally feels deprived, frustrated, disappointed, and even cheated in some way. It is, as if, each of us has an inner feeling that love and peace is possible and true in our being, even if one does not feel these qualities present at this time.
Yet, peace and love are not merely nice feelings to have in oneself. We want those feelings; we need them; we need to have self-experience of these essential human qualities. But peace and love have an outward resonating effect as well. In other words, these beautiful feelings of peace and love, which we can discover within, are also powerful, transforming, healing qualities for everyone around us, and they even resonate throughout the whole world. So here is an example of how inner energies ripple outward into our surroundings and help to transform the world. They transform the world by resonating in other people, such that the natural peace and love deep within others will be awakened. Use music as an analogy. Let us imagine that everyone already has an inner memory of peace and love, and that these quality-feelings are like a beautiful piece of music. But most people have forgotten that music or have lost touch with it. So, if they somehow hear the music, they will remember inside. If we could play this music throughout the world, it would resonate with the inner-being [lost] music of others, thereby awakening that music.

(does this part go back up above the preceding 2 paragraphs ?) yes I think I will move..
Peace harmonizes; first find peace
Peace is a harmonizing energy, within oneself and also in the outer world. Once there is a foundation of peace, and also a realization of its primary value, then this peace will begin harmonizing all parts in that system. The harmonizing energy of peace will gracefully ripple and reverberate through every aspect of our self, thus bringing harmony and health. This is the powerful, transforming, healing effect of inner peace. It unifies, synchronizes and harmonizes all parts of oneself, and then also into the world around. From within to out. Of course though, harmony and peace are intimately tied. One could build harmony in oneself and in world, which then creates peace. Or discover and live from peace, which then produces harmony. Each way works. But from peace to harmony seems the easiest route, because peace is already a natural quality of inner being. Achieving harmony in all parts of oneself , or in all parts of the world, is more difficult a task and can be regarded as an advanced goal. So it will be easier to achieve harmony in oneself and in the world, if we first begin with a foundation and realization of peace.
Yet let us not become too impatient about the effects of peace. It is harmonizing, but complete harmony will not necessarily be instant; nor will there be an instant elimination of all conflict. In other words, self-conflicts or conflicts of interest in oneself will not immediately be resolved when inner peace is realized. We should be realistic about such things; otherwise there will be disappointment. The resolution of self-conflicts and even disharmonies in oneself, as well as in the outer world, is a gradual task requiring continued self-effort and resolve. The music will not instantaneously transform into a perfect integrated harmony. This will be an ongoing creative task, within oneself and in the outer world. Yet this harmonizing work will unfold more successfully when we have an inner realization and foundation of peace in our self.
Along with this we need to have patience with conflict – patience with self-conflicts and also with world-conflicts. In a sense, we need to be self-accepting and world-accepting about conflicts; though at the same time persevering to resolve them. Conflict is not essentially bad. It is not like peace and harmony are good, while conflict and argument are bad. Rather, conflict and arguments are part of the Process of both self and social evolution. If we do not accept conflict, or if we treat all conflict as negatively bad, or if we try to instantly squelch any conflict, in us or around us; then we are actually creating new conflict and also loosing the energy of peace. Thus, peace has to be central and foundational, and this includes a sense of acceptance and patience with conflict as it is, rather than trying to immediately eliminate or suppress conflict. It is not that we need to love conflict or love argument; but rather, we can maintain love and peace through conflict. Just as we might hold an acceptance of something, though not feeding it and not seeing it as the goal. In other words, we can see conflict and also disharmony as part of an ongoing creative evolutionary process, yet we strive to create resolution and harmony – from our inner foundation of love and acceptance. … For example, the resolution of conflicts in ourselves can be regarded as a work-in-progress, while simultaneously maintaining an inner peace and pervading love. And this also applies to outer world conflict.
I could add this explanation
But how can peace and conflict exist together? Isn’t this a logical contradiction? The explanation for this is that each can exist on different levels. One can be peaceful in their innermost being, at their core awareness, while still experiencing various kinds of self conflict on more outer levels of oneself. In the most simple model of self, everyone has two levels. The innermost level is essence, heart, soul. The outer level is ego, practical mind, and reactive emotion, all mixed in to form one’s complex personality. So if we can experience inner peace, even while being in a personality conflict, or in a outer conflict, then the inner peace will gradually transform the conflict into harmony, since peace is more powerful than conflict. This is why we say that peace is a harmonizing quality. It’s not that there has to be a complete end to all conflict and arguments, before there is peace. Rather, peace can be obtained before an end to conflicts, and then peace will help resolve those conflicts. Of course though, if the conflicts are too rampant or too violent, then peace will be impossible, so there has to some reasonable perspective to this idea.

How love transforms world. Return to heart-love.
Heart transmission ALSO Esoteric meditation practice
Add to general notes about esoteric meditation:
Its much about synch, connection, attunement, working with., cooperation..
The esoteric, hidden path is not so much about some complicated system or formulas. It is not so much about secret books or secret teachings hidden in some ancient cave. The most important wisdom is not hiding somewhere. It is simply hidden from our ordinary awareness. The most important wisdom is really in our own heart. In fact, the most important wisdom is to simply live from the heart. We call this heart consciousness. We also call this living from truth. Living from the heart, living from truth, living from the soul; these all mean about the same. We mean, of course, the heart sphere of energy, the heart chakra, the emotional heart, the spiritual heart, and the subtle energy of the heart. So we are speaking about the emotional heart, and its heart energy and quality, rather than referring to the physical heart, though the physical is affected by our emotional and mental states.
One special feature of the heart is how it can bring together other energies, for
the heart includes and builds wholeness. In fact, the heart is an organizer of our physical and emotional energies. Energetically, the quality (or feelings) of our emotional heart creates an energy field permeating the whole physical body and thus influencing it. This field even extends beyond the physical body, affecting the space and lives around us. This energy field, created by the heart, organizes our general pattern of physical functioning. Therefore, if our emotional heart quality is peaceful and harmonious, then our physical functions will proceed with such a pattern; that is, there will be peace and harmony in the physical body, meaning health. But if the emotional heart is either distressed or confused (a chaotic or conflicting energy), then this will be the overall energy-field of influence for the physical body, thus influencing disharmony and stress in the physical body. Thus, the energy-quality of our heart has profound effect upon our physical body, influencing it as an energy-field. Moreover, the heart can organize our emotional being and also even our mental thinking. (we can come back to that later).
There are important foundational qualities of the heart, which are the foundations of our spiritual being. Peace and harmony are two important qualities that we can find in our own heart, once the wounds and blocks are healed and emotional confusion cleared. To give a hopeful confidence in this, try to understand that the most natural and original state of the heart is peace and harmony. Peace and harmony are qualities of being at home in the heart. If we can just relax into our natural beingness of heart (or our natural heart of beingness), then we will discover peace and harmony in our self (and with our self), which is to be at peace and in harmony in oneself. This is the most beautiful state of being. In addition, we can find love and caring within our heart, which are the essential qualities of heart that expand us into the beingness of others and of all life around us. For to love and care about others, and also of nature, is to include all of them in our consciousness, concern and interest.
All of these essential qualities (peace, harmony, love and caring) radiate outward into other people and into the space around us, and even into the emotional energy field of the whole world. In fact, by our own emanation of heart quality (hopefully positive, peaceful, harmonious, loving and caring), the heart consciousness of all others in the world is affected. This is how we can help bring about peace, harmony, love and caring in the world. We help bring these ideals about in the world by emanating them out into the world from our own being. This can also be a kind of meditation practice, which we call esoteric meditation, the secret meditation. Peace and harmony in our own conscious being, as well as love and caring, help bring forth the same in our environment and world, because our emanating vibrational energies help bring others into the same.
Esoteric meditation, then, is essentially quite simple. In essence it is the emanation of our spiritual qualities, as found and realized in the heart, which then transforms the energy environment all around us and finally the whole world. This is what fuels the spiritual evolution of humanity – and it is through us, each us. However, there are a few added requirements in esoteric meditation. One is conscious intention. The meditation is done with conscious intention – to spread forth the butter and honey of our inner being, the most beautiful and wonderful qualities of our self. For example, we can feel peace, as it is known already within us, spreading out into the whole world.
As an experiment and practice, first start with spreading the feeling of peace into a room, then into a home. When we do this we can feel it working. We can feel the energies of this space settle into peace. We might also experimentally practice spreading the feeling of peace to someone else. Though remember that we have no right to force peace upon someone. Anyways, peace cannot really be forced on anyone, for it has to be accepted and realized without force or coercion. Instead of forcing the energy quality of peace upon someone, we offer it to them. We offer peace, like we offer lovely, delicious food, or we offer it like a heavenly nectar. Then, the very quality of this energy will enchant the other person and they will revel in it. They will realize the beauty of this quality and relax into it. However, know that some people will not be ready because of some kind of problem unresolved in them or because of not wanting peace for some reason.
This is just an example of one quality of the heart. We can also emanate and spread the quality of harmony, or love, or caring, or joy. These qualities are emanated as feelings, though the mind understands the quality as well. And it is the mind that makes the intention to send this quality out into the environment, or spread it forth, or emanate or radiate it, or whatever words work best for us to convey the meaning of this.
The heart quality inside us is naturally emanating – meaning that real self-feelings of peace, harmony, love, caring, and joy naturally emanate from our heart into the surrounding environment. This itself is an essential esoteric principle. But in esoteric meditation, we add conscious intention to this natural emanation. This adds a powerful force to the emanation. In addition to this, the meditator uses mind to coordinate with the heart emanation. An example of this is intentional visualization, whereby one visualizes this peace or this love spreading and entering into the world. Though again, understand that there should be no forcing in this, no forcing our energies upon others; but rather, we are offering our quality of energy, much like offering our peace or our love to everyone. But we are offering what everyone truly needs and wants – peace and love. So this is like offering water to a thirsty man, or offering healing to the sick.
Alternatively, one can use the mind in this practice by simply understanding what the intention is and what one is doing. As well, one can go very deep in this and realize that there really is no separation between oneself and world. This is the most deeply esoteric realization. What is to explained below is subtle and requires further reflection.
The most common understanding of world-healing meditations is that one is sending out, or channeling, an energy-quality from oneself into the world; as for example, sending out love and peace, or spreading it forth. And the common visualization of this, or thought about this, is an energy of love going out to the world from oneself, or possibly ‘through’ oneself. This is not an incorrect view of it all, because we are each energy transmitters. Our individual hearts are energy transmitters; that is, each heart naturally emanates its energy quality of the moment, and this radiates outward. It even circles the whole planet and comes right back to us; as if we sent out a paper airplane which keeps on going, so eventually goes all around the world and back to where it started. So all of this is true about our heart quality emanating or radiating out, or being sent out.
However, (and this is where we get more subtle and requires more reflection), in our meditation we can CONNECT with everyone, through the heart. Then, WE are all connected in heart, all connected in One Heart. Everyone is in this heart consciousness. In other words, everyone is INCLUDED in our heart. And therefore, there is no space that love has to travel and no space that peace has to travel. The love and peace is just vibrating in this heart space shared by many. This is a subtle understanding; only understood while in meditation. And in this Unity of Heart, there is no separation between I and them. So in this understanding, I am not “sending out” love and peace to all those who don’t have it; rather, I include them in my heart of love and peace. See the difference in the two perspectives? One perspective is that love and peace is going out to them, to those who are distant and other. But this newer perspective is to include them in my heart of love and peace, which then eliminates the distance and transforms them into us; for now, we together are in love and peace. So, in being connected in the essential unity with others and the world, or by being in this experience of one heart and mind, there is no need to radiate energy outward – since there is no outward.
Imagine being able to connect into the mind of someone distant, and sharing a smile or touch with this person. They are not distant in our mind, nor in our heart; they are right here with us sharing in the same space of mind and heart. This is all very possible. So it is equally possible to connect with larger groups and even with the whole human mind and heart. Just imagine the whole world and everyone, in one heart and mind. Or no, don’t just imagine it; Realize it! Realize it and feel it in meditation. Realize and feel that everyone is here in the same mind and heart. I am entering into this. Or another powerful experience is to enter into the heart and mind of everyone. Then, the realization and feeling of love and peace is not so much like a transmission across space, but rather a sharing that seems as intimate as actual touch, for the normal sense of space and distance has disappeared!
One final thing to say about this. The sharing of love and peace is like an offering, an offering of what everyone really wants and needs. And it could be like a suggestion, a suggestion to try this love and peace; like it will satisfy the thirst and satisfy the heart.
Also – the suggestion – or the shared realization is that we are all loved and that love is in us all, and peace too is in us all in the very essence of ourselves, in the very essence of our heart of being.
To add: The meditator can enter into the mind-heart space of All Humanity. For in reality, all individual mind-hearts are interconnected within One Mind-heart space (or M-field). All minds are working within the one unifying Mind-space (M-field). We can call this a unifying space; but there is no higher authority or higher power manipulating the individual minds. There is higher influence, meaning that this overall Mind of Humanity is susceptible to Hierarchical Influences (or Divine Influence), but not compelled. Yet overall, the Mind-space of Humanity is simply the arena of human thought, ideas, and emotion. It is the totality of individual minds, and the space in which we all think and feel. It is just the Total of it all.
The key understanding here is that we are all interconnected in this. We are as interconnected in Mind as we are in air. We are all sharing the same air, this same air that moves all around the planet. I am breathing in some of the air that someone else across the world might have breathed out. So there is no possibility of isolating oneself from everyone else. The same is true for ecological relations across the planet. By some pathway, connected to other pathways, every life is somewhat interconnected, and so we all live in one unified ecology. It’s not a strict or rigid unity; in fact, it is quite loose, with plenty of individual and community freedoms. But nonetheless, every life is unified by this interconnected web of ecological relationships. So these are the physical analogies for understanding how minds and hearts are all interconnected in one unified web. There is no complete isolation of any individual mind or heart. In fact, we are each so very much interconnected that the concept of individuality has to understood in a relative meaning. That is, every individual mind, heart, or personality is partly the same as others, and interconnected as well. In summary, each person needs to abandon the false notion (acquired culturally) that “I as an individual” am a separate, isolated mind-heart from everyone else. We are all sharing similar thoughts, ideas and emotions! Just like we are sharing similar air and similar realities of life.
… so the esoteric meditator works in this mind space of All Humanity. S/he brings light and love and good-will into this space. S/he also works with thought and idea in this space, bringing in important truths, ideas and solutions to world problems.
Bring in thoughts-ideas (from Higher Intuition) (or from Hierarchy) (or from Cosmos) that are needed at this time….

Now let us consider service work. For sake of classification, there are four main kinds, related to four directions or four pillars. One is teaching, another is healing, another is creative thought, and the other is practical manifestation. These are general classifications and each would include various sub-classes. For instance, there are many kinds of teaching and ways of teaching. Healing can be of the physical, or it can be an emotional or spiritual transformation. Creative thought includes are kinds of artistic work when it is guided by love or when it seeks to promote real beauty; and creative thought also includes creative new solutions to world problems and visions of a spiritualized world. Practical manifestation includes all kinds of earthy, constructive, social and political work; though in this service meaning, such practical work would have to be good work and helpful work, rather than mere manifestation for the sake of selfish or greedy purposes.
Next, let us consider that everyone can be helpful as a healer for the world. This does no mean we all need to become doctors or shamanistic healers. What is meant here is a general kind of healing work, involving an awakening of spiritual perception and spiritual love in the world. This is fundamentally what the whole world needs, and what everyone needs. For if there is spiritual perception and love, all else comes into its right place. The body heals, emotions are healed, mental confusions disappear, social problems are resolved, and the whole world becomes a more beautiful, more loving place. So if we simply help to awaken spiritual perception and love in the world, even if only in meditation or by prayer, we are doing an important work of service.
One essential practice for world healing is to hold everyone and the whole world in our love, in our being of love. And we do this without any judgments about who is good or bad, or who is better or worse, or who deserves or who does not deserve. For this is an unconditional love. It is a love that is full of forgiveness, with no blame and no judgments. In fact, one might realize that anyone who may be doing harm in the world is just spiritually ignorant, or possibly ill emotionally or morally. If we see that any humanly caused problems are caused by either ignorance or illness, then what they actually need is spiritual perception to undo their ignorance and love to heal their sickness. For if the problem is ignorance, then someone needs to awaken them. The ignorant cannot awaken themselves, and most likely they do not even realize they are ignorant; like someone who only knows life in a certain village full of war and strife, but has no clue that there is a garden utopia across the mountains. Someone has to help these people. Or if the problem is emotional or moral sickness (insensitivity to other’s pain), then someone needs to help heal them. Someone needs to heal them with light and love, the light of spiritual perception and the love of divine belonging.
Remember that the world is in real need of help. Sickness and ignorance are still in the world. The sick need help to be healed, and the ignorant need help to know Truth. Left to just themselves, how would they emerge from these states? So we who are consciously connected with God, Truth, Divine Power, need to help, heal, and guide those who are still asleep, or in delusion, or in pain. We need to be healers and teachers and artists, for God to work through.
So hold everyone and the whole world in love. It doesn’t have to be in ‘my’ love; for this can just be a holding everyone in Love Itself. Or realizing everyone in God’s Love. One might begin by holding everyone in one’s own love; but the next stage is a disappearance of the ‘my’ (or the I) in this love. So, experience everyone and the whole world in this Love, immersed in pure Love, the Divine Love Itself, and also immersed in the Divine Light. Remember that Light and Love are the two fundamental Qualities of Divine Being, and they are actually two ‘sides’ of the Same Reality. And remember, this IS the Reality.
There are a few possible modes in this esoteric service work. One mode is to be the Love/Light for all, in an attitude of sharing. Another mode is to bring the whole world to God, to raise everyone into the Love/Light, the One Being, the One Consciousness. And another mode is realize that all beings are really in this Love/Light. These are different modes, depending on one’s state at the time; but each is significant and we should not value just one mode as being necessarily better than the others. A balanced way is work with all these modes, and let them come about naturally.
----------------
The world needs atonement. A world solution is for people to listen to, learn and understand about others, about their perspective, what they think and feel, and how it is for them.
-------
Back to the theme of heart (from that digression)
Peace and harmony are very possible states of the heart. Everyone can experience peace and harmony in their heart-being. It is a very special experience, which some people have while others don’t. But we must remember that peace and harmony are foundational feelings of the heart, or we might say natural for the emotional heart. So the reason why there is often not peace and harmony is because the person is in emotional conflict, a conflict within themselves, due to competing desires and interests in oneself. Another reason is because of distress or worry about stuff. That is, the emotions cannot relax and be at peace because of reactions or stressful patterns of worry. This where meditation and also a sense of spiritual trust can help. People who trust more in life or in God, will naturally be more at peace; and also trust in oneself. So many people are stressed about stuff and also worry, which prevents the emotional heart from relaxing into peace. This is key. One has to relax into peace. Then, when in peace one also experiences emotional harmony.
Another barrier to experiencing emotional peace is over-stimulation of the senses and even over-stimulation of the thinking mind. Excitement is not a bad thing, but one can actually push away any experience of peace because of an addiction to sensory stimulation, loudness, and even to chaos. And related to this is a tendency be distracted by sensory stuff and also especially by social drama. Many people seldom experience emotional peace because they are so easily distracted outer stuff going on, especially the emotional drama of others. And finally, there is a possible barrier to peace because of unresolved feelings of dislike, irritation, jealousy, envy, anger, or even hatred, just to name some of the possible emotions that we call negative because they are barriers to peace and harmony.
Now, if we consider these problems and barriers to emotional peace, we can also see their relation to outer peace and world peace. Outer and world peace can not possibly come about if those inner barriers to self-peace continue day by day. Outer and world peace cannot possibly come about by people, unless those people understand how to make inner peace in themselves. If we cannot make an inner peace, then how could we make an outer peace? Or, for example, how could one who is trapped in emotional anger, or constantly stressed, or plagued by continual emotional conflict, ever help bring peace in the world? This is not to say that we should never work towards world peace, unless we are perfectly stable in ourselves. Few are perfectly at peace and in emotional harmony. But it is something to consider, that lasting outer peace could only be expected from people with inner emotional peace.
Another goal of emotional experience is heart coherence. We want to come into a coherence of heart. This can be a useful term because of its multiple related meanings. Coherence means harmony in the emotional heart, and also it means unity without contradiction or conflict. Heart coherence is a being-state of harmony and oneness, without inner conflict. Emotional conflict may appear in us, but this is the stuff to be resolved. So in order to enter into a coherence of the heart, one has to abandon-release emotional conflicts and contradictions.
In physics coherence means that light or sound waves share a similar phase relation; which sort of means that waves have a harmonious beat. So, the feelings in one’s emotional heart are harmonious and synchronizing; which again means unity. Coherence also suggests clarity. For example, think of tuning into a radio station. There is quite a difference between tuning in to a station clearly and being off track. Another related quality of coherence is self-honesty. There is no true and coherent heart without self-honesty. Self-honesty, being real in oneself, is crucial, because self-fakery and self-deception will only lead to a subtle (and often unnoticed) contradiction in oneself.
The goal is to come into a feeling of emotional harmony and unity. Important to know also is that this harmony, peace and unity is our true natural state of heart. So if we can just let go, we will be here. If we can just relax into our own true nature, without worry about not being perfect yet also without trying to satisfy the latest urge;
then we can just relax into ourself, into the heart of oneself.
(see some pages below.. return to original being)
Also we enter deep in the heart to discover our core essence of self or core-being, which we also call the soul – at the core of heart reality. Here we abide in peace, which is self-abidance, or ‘being at home in oneself.’
It is possible for us to experience oneness. But this is not merely a mental thought or belief or faith about oneness. That is alright and good, but actual experience of oneness must also be a feeling. Of course there are varying degrees of experiencing oneness; from a oneness with one special person to a oneness with all life or with even all dimensions of Reality. Yet it is also an actual energy vibration which helps bring harmonious wholeness in our body, in our interactive lives, and finally into the whole world.
-----
Two qualities are of great importance. The first is listening, or receiving. One needs to be in this receptive, listening mode, in order to make contact with spiritual reality. The other most important quality is giving, to be in a mode of active giving. The question one may ask is, ‘how am I giving at this time?’ or ‘what am I giving?’ But this giving does not have to be something material, nor does it necessarily require a physical action. For it might just be an active vibration that one is giving to the world around one; for instance, a vibration of conscious love.
-----------------------
Esoteric Meditations:
Meditate in group consciousness. Important to any group meditative power is mental and emotional connection, mind and heart connection, with the others. One can understand why this is important. We all come together in connected mind/heart, and this connectivity has great power to bring about evolutionary ideas and love into the all humanity. The power of our connective unity of heart and mind is very great, because it creates a large synergetic resonance, sort of like a unified musical chord bringing more and more of the whole orchestra in harmonic resonance. Those with connected, unified heart and mind have a great power in the world, a power much greater than separative hearts and minds, because the unified minds create harmonic resonance.
Now the most common idea in esoteric teachings is that we each can use the mind to influence the world in positive, loving ways. Then, we add into this law of mind the even greater power of group unified resonance. But here is something to consider also – that the very activity of connection with other mind/hearts is itself a transformative, evolutionary outcome. Our mind and heart connection with others all around the world is itself a great evolutionary achievement, and this itself is a profound goal in meditation. Because this is building a unified, harmonic mind/heart in humanity. Others are also doing this, connecting in mind/heart, and all of us are building a new harmonic power in the mind of humanity. All of us in this connective unity of heart and mind are the actual next stage of human evolution, which will guide those who are lost in separation. We will recognize one another and we will know, but without any one external organization. There can be many organizations proclaiming unity, but the real esoteric Group Synergy will be invisible to the average eye. It is like a gathering, but in the interconnected space of mind/heart, and anyone can join in from anywhere in the world and at any moment. One joins in by simply connecting in heart and mind, and coming into the conversation. It is not a coming into conformity. This is not about uniform conformity. Rather, it is like a gathering or a teleconference, where no one is making anyone conform to one style or idea; instead, this is the beginning of a connected conversation and even a kind of dance. We are coming together to create harmonious love and good ideas, to build understanding and harmony. But this is not a movement to create one style; rather we are here to understand and appreciate a wonderful diversity of styles, cultures, and paths, yet all connected by love and integral intelligence. Integral intelligence is the capacity to understand inter-connections and relationships within an overall integrated unity. One’s understandings are coherently integrated.

Heart vibrations and quality sent outward.
An esoteric secret is to come into heart resonance with others. First enter into this with God, Universal Presence, next with all great spiritual souls now and of the past (who are still present with us), the Hierarchy of Masters, next with all people awakened in heart and mind, awakened in love and goodwill. Tune into those who know God, who love all Humanity, and who wish the world to live in cooperation, harmony, justice, and beauty. We can help transform this world into a more divine place, if we work together. But its not just a physical togetherness; it’s also a mental and heart resonance. Together, with fellow awakened souls, we can all transform humanity with our combined synergistic love, holistic consciousness, and will-to-good.

From heart being come all the finest qualities of being – these are heart qualities (of the “emotional heart”)
Emotional management:
during the actual day or in work…. Be in this foundation.
Shifting to heart/love foundation from any daily occurring distress, upsets and reactions.
Synch mind and heart
Return to the essential quality of heart – my essence of being
– then this becomes the Context or Foundation for mind (thinking, planning, deciding, and directing activity)
Breathe thru the heart; then feel qualities of heart such as peace and harmony, love and care, and also the quality of abidance, and then connection with others.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Near on the theme of heart
As said many times.. but just to remind
– the most high spiritual practice is to practice an open heart-love with people and the nature around. This is one’s gift of love to others. It’s not about sending rays of pink light to everyone; and it’s not about being a love-savior to all those lowly people in need. It’s mainly about simply being open to others and what their gift or beauty is. See the difference? Encounter people with an open heart-love. Know what this is trying it. That’s the only way to know what is meant by this. Just being intellectual about it isn’t enough. One has to really do it, and feel it.
------
More on high spiritual practice – the essences of practice –
expansion of consciousness and heart. This is the way.
Yet we can understand this in a slightly different way. The tendency of mind is to understand this as an expansion – as in I will expand. But try seeing this in a different way. Assume that expanded consciousness and heart are already the natural states, so the path is really to return to this. The reason one is not now in that expanded state is because the mind and heart are contracted upon something – either an emotion, a desire, a thought, or a sensation. Something is grasping the mind. Something is enchanting us, or fixating us. something is holding us back from the natural expansion.
----
Be as a lighted candle. The self with its own lighted candle does not need any other light, except perhaps the universal Light from which all other lights come. But the point is that one can realize a self-independence in one’s own light. But us not be fooled by self-deceptions. The true light of self is always lighting the world around. It is not just an inward thing.

Inspired From JamesOdea
Living from the heart creates positive quality and peace in the whole world. It is the important pathway for peace in all kinds of relationships.
The key is to live and speak from the heart, which spreads out to affect others in our space of interaction. The vibrational quality of our being emanates out to produce a resonating effect in others around us, then into the whole world. This is an important truth to always remember and work with. The vibrational quality of our mental attitude and emotional state has an environmental effect. So there is great potential power in this, but also great responsibility. Since by the same natural law, it is equally possible to negatively effect others and the environment. It all depends on our state of mind and emotion.
Therefore, in any environment we are in, or with any people we are with, there is a possibility of being positively effected or negatively effected. For just as we can positively or negatively effect our environment and the people around us, it is also of course true that we can be the recipients or victims of this natural law. So we need to recognize these two truths: first that we have vibrational effects on others, and next that others have vibrational effects on us. Hopefully, we want to have positive effects on others and the world. We want to help, heal, and creatively inspire.
Hopefully, we want to make our relationships better – more enjoyable and beneficial for each and without harmful conflicts. So each of us would like to make this happen. But as everyone might soon discover, the making of a loving and non-conflicting relationship depends on all the people involved. I, as this one single person, cannot create wonderful relationships just by myself. There has to a resonance in all those involved. We would like to be powerful transformers, which we can be, but first we need to free ourselves from being reactive victims of what is presently going down.
So the first problem to solve is how to be free from getting caught in negative resonances and patterns from others around us. For our usual tendency is to react to negative manifestations of others with our own negative irritation, anger or stress, which of course feeds the whole negative pattern. What we need to objectively look at is the whole interaction pattern going on. We need to study both parts of the interaction, the other and ourself. The other can be plural as well as single. We need to see our own participation in the energies around us, not just noticing what is affecting us from outside us. In other words, we need to intentionally practice a witnessing of how we are participating in the energy creation, or quality creation, of the space we are in or of the interaction we are in. For the future of this interaction, and of the world, depends on how we respond in this very moment, which is how we are participating in the creation of quality. There is a choice, at any moment, between participating in a continuation of the same old patterns of interaction and relation, and creatively inventing a brand new way. This new way is now based in love, and also upon an understanding of and listening to the reactive reality of the other. First understand that most conflicts are caused by person or group A reacting from fear or insecurity, or some kind of frustration. Many behaviors come from an inner pain caused by some past incident, so the behavior is their way of fighting or flighting against a repeat of this. So understand what this is – meaning to actually listen deeply to them and give recognition to their frustration or pain. We need to see and understand the wound, the pain, or the frustration that is coming out from this person, which may be causing or sustaining a conflict or negative interaction.
So we now have understanding of the other. And if not, we keep listening and seeing until we understand. We don’t, hopefully, merely react negatively to them, because this would be our own automatic pattern, which would merely perpetuate the negative relational pattern. The best step forward is to now speak and act from our inner essence of being that is independently free of the emotional reactive apparatus. One has to find that inner self-essence, that inner true home of being, that is independently free of emotional reaction. This is how we can break free of conflict energies and confrontational reactive patterns. (though we should speak from truth – just not have to be confrontational about it)
--
The highest and most positive state is heart-being, which is to be in a vibratory state of love. Now when one hears about being in a state of love, one might too easily assume that this is a regular occurrence in oneself. Yet there are varying degrees of heart-being or love-being, and the higher possible states are probably unknown and even unimaginable to oneself because one has never experienced these higher states. But for now, let us set this idea aside, and just realize that there are possible states of love-being beyond even our imagination. The step before this, though, is to become familiar with the essence of self. But perhaps this ‘essence of self’ might seem abstract and vague. What it means is the core truth of oneself. It means the very most basic reality of oneself, which is not dependent on nor conditioned by anyone. In other words, if all societal, cultural, and religious teachings were stripped away, our core essence would still be. So this can be called our inner truth of being. Now when we meditatively explore our inner truth of being, we discover that our being is essentially love and also that we are essentially related with everyone, united in this one essence of being. If we could remain in this self-essence and relate with others in this essence, then the interaction and relationship will effectively change.
-------
recognition of their essence speak to their essence
In relations with others, a key to successful transformation, healing, or conflict resolution, is to recognize the spiritual love essence in that person. Recognize their divine essence, the deeper reality of who they are. Recognize this in oneself as well. This recognition builds truth in our mental understanding, rather than building more illusion about oneself and others which is predominately based on seeing problems.
In simple terms, we have two alternatives in how we relate with others. One way is to focus attention on their problems or become involved in their problems. Sometimes we are the ones who are focused on their problems or shortfalls, where upon we often feel compelled to point these out. Then sometimes the other person feels compelled to express their problems or emotional reactions, and so often we react as well and become involved in the drama.
Yet there is another way to relate, which is to recognize and keep awareness on the person’s deeper being-essence, rather than on their problems or reactive emotions. You allow the problems to be and allow the reactions, without trying to dismiss them or deny them. But you also do not hold attention on these things, nor get involved in them. This is all very important guidance, to be considered. Bring attention and recognition to the person’s deepest spiritual essence, or core being. For this recognition brings their spiritual essence into awakening. This recognition nurtures their inner being, their inner love and spiritual insight, into birth and growth. Rather than giving our mental energy of recognition and our emotional energy of involvement to their apparent problems or to the stuff they are outwardly expressing; we give mental and emotional energy to their deeper essence, their deeper truth. This transforms the person. It helps to heal them. and it can also help resolve any conflicts we might have with them. For we are not merely getting caught up in these two things: (a) their fixation and self-identification with their particular problems, and (b) one’s own habitual beliefs and judgments about this person. You see, there are these two main obstacles which help continue the situation and also the relationship. One is to do with the person’s own fixations and reactive emotions. The other is to with your own beliefs and way of seeing this person and way of relating. So both they and you are responsible for continuing the situations, whatever these are.
The only way to transform those around us is to change our own view and approach, since we cannot directly change theirs. Changing our own view will create an objective change around us, because how we see things and how we believe are energy influences. The leading theory of quantum physics is that no observed area is completely free from the observer; in other words, we cannot simply observe the world without, in some way and to some degree, affecting the seen world by our beliefs and attitudes. This does not mean that we are each making the whole of reality; let us not become too exaggerated in this. But it does mean that our beliefs and attitudes about the world around us, or how we see others around us, is an influencing power.
---
Don’t feed a negative by getting fixed upon it. See all apparent negativity of others as temporary phenomena, reflecting some kind of healing or loving attention. Give the real energy of mind to the solution, not the problem.
--------------
Our minds and emotions have very real effects on life. This is a Key realization. Everyone can realize that their actions may effect the world or the people around them. But we need to also realize the effects of our mind and emotions.
(((( I am Remembering two key purposes:
– my own transformation towards God,
– and helping to transform-serve the world. )))
Invocation and evocation.
Invocation and evocation are words which few people really understand the meaning. Invocation is a prayer which calls upon Higher Energies, or Higher Being, to guide, help, and heal ourselves. Invocation is an asking for and opening to the Divine Wisdom, Love and Power. These energies are more able to come forth into our world when asked or invoked. We are opening to the Greater Realm of Spiritual Potentials, or Energies existing only as potentials until they are invoked and allowed into this world, or into one’s own being. The keys to invocation are: a) clear asking and b) sincere trusting. Both are necessary. Asking defines or clarifies what is being allowed in, and wanted in. We have natural protective barriers between ourselves and other energies. This protective barrier is good for protecting against negative and unwanted energies. But we don’t want such a barrier against positive and wanted energies. So invocation, or clear asking, is needed to clarify our true want and need to the universal law. It is declaring what we hope for and what we allow into our world and being. May Light, Love and Goodness enter our world! What we ask for in our invocation opens a channel for these energies to come forth.
Evocation is a different mode. With invocation one is looking up and asking for higher help; in a sense, one is asking for the Divine to descend into our world, or it could be thought of as an emergence from within life. But with evocation one is looking right at the world and bringing forth its inherent Divinity. Evocation is an act of will, rather than an asking. It is doing a certain kind of work upon the world, or in regards to oneself. With evocation, one consciously and intentionally brings forth a higher energy, or greater divinity, into manifestation. What is distinct with evocation is that one brings forth the Divinity from within someone or something. And there is no sense of asking for the Divine, as there is with invocation. Rather, with evocation one recognizes the Divine already within a person, or within oneself, which then brings it forth. In other words, the recognition of inherent Divinity brings forth this Divinity into actual manifestation. With invocation one asks for a Divine Descent, that the divine Wisdom, Love and Power come into our world from the Higher Planes. With evocation one intentionally recognizes the Divinity inherent in our world and sees it coming forth into activity and manifestation. Conscious recognition of inherent and emergent divinity is the evocative power.
Another kind of evocation involves visualization, whereby one visualizes whatever is intended to occur. One sees it happening. So along with prayer and invocation, one can intentionally see it happening and this is evocation. Prayer (invocation) and visualization (evocation) work well together. With invocation one is opening a channel to the Divine Source, or opening in faith to the Divine (which creates a channel), and also being in a humble receptive attitude in relation to the Divine, and finally one is asking for good qualities and energies to be brought into this world from the Divine Source and Power. This is invocation, and we could call this stage one. Stage two is evocation, when we use our own powers of will and visualization to help these invoked divine energies channel into the world or into those in need of healing. The basis of all this is a science, but in each particular instance it is an art. That is, the fundamentals can be elaborated here, but each particular need and each particular participant will require its own artistic sense of how to do this.
---
Related to the subject of invocation is the anatomy of spiritual dimensions and important mediational points. Spiritual dimensions1 are elaborated elsewhere, but we can review just a little bit here. The highest dimensions are as Source for our manifest world, and at the highest levels are the Sources of Consciousness, Will, Love, and Intelligence. Foremost is Consciousness, and from here emerges the three other Divine Attributes, as a Spiritual Triad. Within this triad of Will, Love, and Intelligence is also the knowing of Divine Purpose. Then, next emerges an archetypal dimension composed of all the Divine Qualities and Intelligences. These have also been called angels, devas, demiurges, and other names as well. When we are in our highest intuitive mind, we are in this dimension.
Below this is the Formative dimension, where important ideas are formulated. These ideas formulate in structural groups (called galaxies or extended families), whereby all ideas are intrinsically related to certain other ideas. Ideas actually emerge in groups. All ideas are thus tied to a wider logical structure and necessarily related to certain other ideas. Also, there are theory (thesis) ideas which help explain experiences and reality, there are value ideas which help define goals and visions-to-be, and there are practical (praxis) ideas which help show methods for accomplishing whatever is needed or intended. It is a particularly human function, role and purposeful destiny to be involved with this formative dimension. Everyone can play some part in this cosmic function, though some people seem to have a special aptitude for it.
The dimension below this is emotional, involving interactive energies. This dimension also connects the dimension of ideas with physical activity. There is not much we will speak about here, except to say that emotions are a kind of living being, and they carry on in their own astral dimension, continually affecting our living world until transformed or transmuted2. And the lowest dimension is the physical reality, though this should not be devalued in our sense of importance, since this is the culminating goal of the higher dimensions.
Now, let us move back just a bit to consider a dimension that was intentionally neglected, because it needs special explanation. This is a level between the Archetypal Quality dimension and the formative idea dimension. It has been termed by some as the Hierarchy. It is the primary dimension for formulating the Great Ideas and Great Ideals for humanity. The Hierarchy is composed of all the highest souls of Humanity, and these highest souls live (though not necessarily physically) under a divine purpose to serve Life and this world-planet. They receive guidance from Divine Purpose and Will, and they are directly inspired by Divine Qualities. They are called a hierarchy because souls exist in a vertical relation, depending on their spiritual level of development.
But what is most interesting is that this Hierarchy [of the most highly evolved souls] is in charge of developing Plans for humanity. These are not completely specific plans, but they are a step intermediating between the general Spiritual Purposes and specific ideas about what is exactly needed.
This needs revision; some souls develop plans but not all. It depends on the ray. What I also need to get across is how the Plan is like a plan in mind. Rather than confuse this with “it is all part of the divine Plan (as in destiny)
Consider the use of intentional visualization and thought, in order to create higher forms of thought and to transform and heal the world. This could be called higher thought-form building. Remember that thought-forms tend to rule the emotional and physical planes. When thought-forms change, so eventually do these other planes.
There are three kinds of work involving thought-form. One is to create new thought-forms, another is to help nurture and apply already good thought-forms, and the third work is to destroy outworn and false thought-form. These three works are related to the trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.
One work is to create new thought-forms, for ourselves or for the whole world, based on inspired intuitions regarding Truth and Good, metaphysics and ethics. We receive intuitions about Truth or Goodness, but often these are unclear, almost like feelings, and lacking in practical structure. What is happening is that we are intuitively receiving Divine Wisdom, but it as yet lacks precise language and practical thought. This is explained as Higher Intuitional Mind needing Lower thought-form-making-mind to ground it and give it practical and intelligible form. This is a work in itself, and we can take on this work intentionally. We can become new-thought creators.
The second kind of work with thought-forms involves applying the good thought-forms in our world. In other words, we can use the already prevalent good and true thought-forms and help to strengthen them in our world. We do this by using them intentionally in our speech, in our writing, in our own thinking and in our meditations. The already good thought-forms, or good ideas or true ideas, should be used and spread out as much as possible.
The third kind of work with thought-form involves dissipation or destruction. There are thought-forms (or in many cases we could say beliefs) which are no longer useful, and many which have never been useful. Many have always been false or illusory. Many of these thought-forms are mere glamour; that is, something intended to make nonsense seem important, or something intended to manipulate others by glittery or pseudo-intellectual attraction. Yet most of the thought-forms needed to exit out the door are people’s cherished and held-onto beliefs, which can only be classed as illusions. All of these false and outworn thought-forms are dissipated by the Light of real Intelligence. Real Intelligence can see what is false, or what is simply glamour, and can then dissipate these thought-forms with its Pure Light. The practitioner first can see these forms with the eye of truth and then can destroy these with the redemptive Power of Pure Light. These are esoteric teachings.

Prayer; invocation and evocation
Prayer in esoteric science is an activity that is more than the usual kind of praying to God or Spirit, and asking for help. Neither is it merely a ritualized set of phrases used with the hope of bringing about a desired outcome, such as world peace. In esoteric science there is more to prayer than just a traditional prayer of asking. There are two basic parts to esoteric prayer: invocation and evocation.
Invocation is similar to the asking kind of prayer, but more specifically it is a mode of contact and receptivity. It is like reaching up and bringing down the Light. Within the creative imagination one brings attention up to the Spiritual Source, God or Spirit or whatever Power we intend to contact. Whether or not this Spiritual Source is actually up does not matter; for it is the imagery and feeling of prayer that matters. So one brings attention, or mind, up to the Spiritual Source of Power in order to make contact, and the contact is even stronger if we also bring our heart into this. Part of what matters in this, to make it efficacious, is the concentration and intensity of our contact, with mind and heart. When contact with the Higher is definitely established, we ask to be a medium or channel for the Spiritual Qualities to move through us and to where needed. The asking is a way of opening; we don’t have to actually ask but can simply open to it. We now need to be in a receptive mode, open and receptive. Also part of this is faith – a faith that there is a great Spiritual Source, a faith that one is in contact with it, and a faith that it is generously available to give when we are sincerely open and receptive. And now, from this invocationary action, the Spiritual Light is descending.
The next phase is evocation, which is directing the Energies or the Qualities. Again using the creative imagination, we now actively and intentionally direct Spiritual Power to where we know it is needed or to an important hopeful outcome. For example, we might direct healing energies to a particular person, or we might direct spiritual peace to all humanity. Whether this is received by those people depends on their receptivity; we are not forcing our will upon them. Rather we are opening up a connection and channel to them from the Higher Source. We are directing spiritual energies to them, making these available, but not forcing them to receive or drink what is given. To direct these energies or qualities we use creative visualization. We see healing go to those who need it. We see peace and love come into our world. And the efficacy of this depends on the concentration and steadiness of our mind. We see peace in the world, yet we can also add feeling into this by feeling peace. Visualization and feeling can work together in the evocation. For example, one can help in bringing world peace and love by radiating the feeling of peace and love; whereby one visualizes and feels peace and love spreading out to everyone in the world. On an even deeper level, the esoteric meditator radiates peace and love from their own being, which has become a channel for the Higher Source.
--------------------------------------------------
Invocation of the Higher Light into our world.
Our role is to ASK and Let it happen. The Divine Will is already an Intention to fill our world with Love and Light and bring Unity, and very Nature of Love and Light is to fill the whole world. But because we live under laws of freedom, we need to ask for this and then allow it to happen. This is why many invocations or prayers begin with Let…. Because we need to let it happen. We are giving our agreement to it. And the person invoking is representing humanity.
-----------------
Contact
Contact is how we learn, progress, evolve. The most common kind of contact is with other people. Some of these are contacts with people wiser or more loving than we, and so we learn and evolve by such contacts. Sometimes our contact is with lesser mature people, where upon we can help them mature and evolve. Another kind of contact is with nature, such as beautiful places, or with animals or plants, or with nature spirits, or with natural energies. But always, there is an opportunity in any contact to either receive inspiration or give inspiration. Even with friends, we give and receive.
One very important contact to make is with our soul, which is our true self. Eventually, one is the soul in full knowingness. But until our true identity is known and lived from, the personality needs to practice making contact with the soul that is within, because the personality-mind can often be fixated on desires and concerns that do not actually emerge from our soul inner truth. Our personality consists of the thinking mind, desires and moods, and this physical body. The soul is our inner consciousness, which is independent and unidentified with the personality. Contact with soul brings one into resonance with inner truth and brings liberation from the personality vehicles. Being as soul, our consciousness is free from bondage in the thinking mind, free from bondage to desires and moods, and freedom from the bondage of this physical body. Then, from this soul freedom, new insights can unfold and new decisions made. In other words, the soul can now direct the personality mind, emotions and physical; rather than these vehicles merely being conditioned by external suggestions or by accumulated habits. Finally, the goal is to live as the soul and from the soul.
Another contact to make is with one’s inner master or teacher. This is a very inner contact with a source of teaching, encouragement, and healing. One may not be able to contact the inner teacher in a way of knowing their exact name or look. The name or the appearance is not important. Every soul has a particular chord-vibration, and this soul chord is the soul’s family or soul-group, and each has its higher soul or master teacher. In other words, each soul, our true self, his part of a soul group and has a master-teacher (who is beyond male/female distinction, but nonetheless might be envisioned with gender). To make contact with one’s master teacher simply begin listening for an inner helper or teacher, or become sensitive to a feeling of being helped and encouraged from an inner comforting voice. This helpful encouragement is always here, always available. In addition, there is always an angelic presence, or possibly many, always present and available. But these inner helpers mostly make no effect in our life, unless we are aware of them and making contact.
The third kind of contact is directly with God. Soul contact and teacher contact are still important, as intermediate levels are important on the ascending journey, and as rungs in a ladder are important in reaching the roof, but nonetheless is it possible to go straight to the Divine Source, because God the Source is always present as the very Essence and Centre of our being. God is always closer to us than we ever realize. Imagine that every cell in the body is conscious and every thought and emotion has a conscious substance and all space in us and around is conscious; then know this consciousness is God, not as separate and different consciousness’s, but as only one essential consciousness. But the most centered place of God is right in our heart. This is where one can find God smiling. God is the essence of love inside us.
So we find God in our own heart, which is also where we find our own soul. Yet let us not become confused about this distinction of God and soul. Think of God as the Essence of our soul, and soul as a partial realization of God. God is the whole Divine Being and one’s soul is microcosmic replica of this. So for practical meditation purposes, it is best not to worry about whether one is contacting God or soul, for it is always both anyway. The general suggestion is that if you are not sure about yet contacting the soul, then do this first, but if you are already in soul realization then go for God.
Contact with God is a refreshing of oneself in the waters of Love. It is like drinking the water of life, after thirsting in the dry lands. For God is the Source of Love and Life. The Sufi mystics have a name for God contact, which is remembrance, zikr. Remembrance is the practice of connecting with God and being refreshed by the Divine Source. On a deeper level, one is returning to God by immersing oneself in God, returning to the Great Ocean of Absolute Being. The way to reach this immersion is by surrender, in meditation or prayer, of one’s whole ego-self. That is, surrender the pride, the self-importance, and all self-concepts. Give up one’s whole self to God, mentally, emotionally, and physically, and do this with full sincerity and heart. This is called fana, the annihilation of the self, and what remains is God-knowing, baqa.
----------
Prayer for the world:
By transforming negative energy of judgment,
Then breathing out positive Energy of Love and acceptance.
------
Note that this is related to non-judgment which I put into Unity file
Love is an openness for another, to the Divine in them.
There is a tendency sometimes to think that love is a kind of energy that one sends. One might say, “I give you love,” or “I give you my love,” or “I am sending out love to all the world.” In one sense, this is true about love, that it is a kind of transmittable energy, which is a soft, kindly, gentle, caring energy. Yet in another sense, love is an extension of appreciation, which is a kind of perception. In other words, in this other sense of love, it is not so much a transmittable energy as it is a kind of perception . “It’s a perception and appreciation about the other person. I love you’ means I appreciate you with an intensity close to adoration. So it is not the same as “I’m giving you love”; but rather “I love who you are and what you have to give.” So the appreciating-perceptive sense of love is sort of reverse of the transmitting-energy meaning of love. It is more of an opening sense of love, an opening of one’s heart to the other…. Or to humanity..
Yet both meanings seem to be part of the whole meaning. One has to consider this with personal experience in order to understand it.
We could also say that love is a kind of experience. “I’m in love” is an experience. So is “I’m feeling love” or feeling “being loved.” And what is this experience of love?
A feeling of unity.. , and
Visualize in order to change
Meditation is the service, sharing-radiating Light and Love in the Group.
Power is the will of decision. Spiritual power is good-will – decision in service to Spiritual Purpose.
I serve by being a reflective Light of God, and also as a vibration and expression of God. And be a catalyst for awakening.

The inner and outer world affects one another. Metaphysically, there is an inner dimension to all things and all lives, as well as the outer dimension that we perceive with physical senses. The inner dimension is the subjective reality or what we can call the mental reality, which is how life is experienced from the perspective of the experiencer. So the inner dimension is reality as experienced from within. The outer dimension is, of course, the objective physical reality. The inner/mental dimension is not so rigid and stable as the outer/physical. For the inner/mental world is more fluid and variable, and it can be changed more easily. Nonetheless, the inner and outer affect one another. This could be explained in more detail, but many insights about this relationship will arise if one spends some time pondering on it.

What are the best ways for human relations
Connect by being in We consciousness
------------
I’m participating in the Divine Purpose. Yes!
Begin from an inclusive we-consciousness, which is a distinct group soul.
Or in doing this together people create that group soul.
Then, let this we expand to include more of Everyone, more of we.
Every we-group creates vibrational ripples through the rest of humanity; and thus participating in a larger transformation of our planetary mental and emotional sphere, which then produces evolutionary progress in the physical sphere (or material plane).
Share and ripple Light, Love, and Will.
Note that Will is most important at this time, though a will with Light-Knowing and Love-Embrace.
Use will. Get everyone on board, in this Knowing Light space of this WE.
--------------
Essentially we are all one great Soul. Everyone of humanity is one Soul, including all from the past and all to come. Super-essentially this One Soul is God, as the ultimate Soul of souls, the ultimate inner Being of all beings, the ultimate Self underneath all selves. But also there is an intermediary Soul of souls, which is the true Soul of Humanity, often referred to as the Soul of Man. This is also the meaning of Christ. For in each of us is this one great Human Soul, which is the same essential Soul in everyone. This means that we are all really one Being. We are really the same essential human self. This is the truth of our core. So not only do we come from a common lineage of humanness, we are really the same essential self. We have the same essential consciousness, the same essential heart-love, and the same essential human qualities or capacities. Yet at the surface of our self-awareness and self-identity we think of ourselves as distinct and separate from each other. Now some teachings might say that this sense of distinction and separation is an illusion, and also imply that it is unenlightened. But instead, we can accept this distinct and separate sense of self as true, though only true at the surface level of awareness and at a specific level of understanding. While at the deeper level of self-awareness and understanding is the reality of oneness with everyone; for here we are the same essential being. The surface distinctions are true, because there really are distinct qualities that we each manifest, as well as distinct perspectives on reality. Yet if we enter more deeply into who we are, we find more and more of the one essential self, in common with everyone. Here we reach the same essential human consciousness or self-knowingness, and also the same essential heart-love.
To realize this is to discover our essential connection and unity with everyone. And if we know this, then we share a natural empathy and compassion with all people. And we care about others, like we would care about ourselves, because our self-awareness is at this deeper level. This is the Christ-knowing or the Christ-experience, which is why Jesus was so compassionate and selfless among other people.

“(Kabir)A further aim is to expose the false self, and to simultaneously awaken the essential self.
We had forgotten that the essential self, by which we mean the soul, is generosity. The soul is
the hidden treasure, the storehouse of divine qualities; only the false self withholds, fears to give,
fails to bestow what its essence contains.
If the false self constructs an unreal world of limitation and separation, the essential self comes alive
under the auspices of Truth. A synonym for the essential self is the soul, the higher self which is a
direct manifestation of the fundamental consciousness of the All. When we trust our own souls,
miracles happen. It seems the Generosity of the All wants to express itself and be known.
Living generously is evidence of a trust in spiritual law. Why not accept the appointment of being the All’s representative on earth? Assume the personal responsibility of distributing some of those riches. Give Spiritual Law a chance to prove itself through you. We are connected with the Source of all generosity will help to send out invisible waves of good will and blessing.”
